We took this one over from another attorney. The incident happened summer 2018 and we resolved it summer 2024. But we were able to resolve in about 4 months of intense trial preparation work. The trial date was set by the court.

But I text everyone back and offer to schedule a free consult. If you texted me and I didn’t respond please text me again. I just ask that you include your name , facts, injuries and city. How long that case took to settle after mediation?
Fairly quick bc mediation was 1 week before trial and it settled during jury selection
