She's right people are accused that are innocent. Fail play to you all, respect.

Makes you think of how many innocent people are locked up not only in the UK but around the world? It then begs the question what happened to the justice system to fail these people. I don’t have much faith in anything anymore sadly.

So the woman in this is allowed to give her version of the story, and everything she has said goes unchallenged.
You must recognise that when it comes to securing convictions, the offence which is the least likely to result in a charge, never mind a prison sentence, is a sexual offence. The numbers of reported offences are on the rise, and the number of convictions are in decline. For those poor unfortunate people who are wrongly accused, it must be hell on earth going through what they do. For the many abusers who get away with it, I've nothing but hatred for them.
Why not get in touch with any of the many support groups in Liverpool and Merseyside who are working with the victims of sexual abuse? They'll have a different perspective on this.

I agree what you said about the woman that’s not to say people are wrongly convicted but there is always 2 sides to a story and after hearing the 2 sides then we can make a decision imo

Let’s get something very abundantly clear convictions are reported as a percentage and the sole reason this number looks low is because of the increasing number of reptile women trying to ruin men every day. And the reason for their confidence in going to the police is growing every day is because they all know someone who just made a story up and paid for it this abuse abuse of the system is prevalent in every corner of the uk….do your research and homework properly before spouting nonsense all a women has to do is make a statement and mention a few unsavoury words and man’s life is completely tore apart with no evidence at all…you have clearly been watching too much bbc news. Since 2014 this has been the most unjust movement in the uk…even when an unsafe conviction is proven the uk system fights tooth and nail before coming out and apologising and attempts to minimise what is really happenin

Well....i know someone who IS violent AND sexually assaulted a 12 yo girl, and the police wouldnt take it to court because it was "her word against his"...so injustice goes both ways. Our law is an ass.

You've got to be absolutely corrupt to the core to wrongly accuse somebody of something they haven't done, just to get them locked up. The justice system is a complete joke, as most people know, anyway. Nothing will change unless more and more people start to rise up, and respect to them people for making a start.

In the 80s or even early 90s there was a kid killed down the block in the Winson Green. He’d broke his neck falling off a 3” bed down the seg, but the official story is he died in the medical wing. The 2 that roughed him up were absolute dogs to anyone who’s been in the green will know the screw Mr Starling, I digress. His family still campaign every year outside the prison, the officers were acquitted to!! RIP Barry Prosser !!

A lot of the time people cant believe someone they know and love are capable of commiting heinous crimes ...and the accused pleads innocence to the end ... the systems not perfect but it works imho ... theres wtrong convictions and theres people who get not guilties ... around the margins it swings both ways ...you dont see demonstations by people who got not guilties !
