Nothing to do with no community hubs bla bla etc they would probably smash them and rob them blind anyway , it’s about respect! the parents are to blame for these rats

Simple answer don't have kids if you can't afford them. The problem is the kids are feral, no proper parenting. It goes both ways, no amount of youth clubs and funding will stop the thug mindset that is rampant amongst our youth. Present Father's and Strong family units will go a long way...
@@MOT2234 It needs to start at a young age and not allow poor behaviour to become acceptable. Why do you think middle class kids don't terrorise neighbourhoods?
Kids have no respect and it's made worse by people who take the "I'm not a grass" attitude. If they didn't do it there wouldn't be consequences. We claim to love our city and want it to flourish but we take the attitude of turning a blind eye to things like that. So sad.. we glorify bad behaviour, there's no accountability and people act foolishly so they are liked..
And kids need boundaries and rules. They need to be told “no” sometimes. I’ve lived here for 14 years. I used to love it. Nobody can take criticism, everyone immediately wants to fight. Too much respect for “gangsters.”
"I'm not a grass mate. I've got to live in this city" fucking hell, that word. Heard it enough when Rhys Jones was shot. Lawless in the title, wonder why?

Exactly. No role model that’s for sure. Literally promoting a juvenile mind set. What happened to just talking to the kids and explaining that they’re ruining their own communities by acts of vandalism. I couldn’t help looking at that robbed car and thinking that’s someone’s life line to get to work or get their kids to school. Just not an ounce of accountability at all. It’s embarrassing we’re not all like that for anyone outside of Liverpool watching.
I'm the same age as Rhys would be now. Literally knew his mates, I've never forgiven the no grass shite. Police literally having to bug homes to convict. Says it all.
Take it into our own hands , one street at a time. Grandma , mama out there pulling weeds. Making the neighbourds look good . Put in some plants. Get the youngersters to lok out for them for Grandma. Give them some pride in their own street . Then the next street , then the next. Teach the tiny ones the beauty of flowers and plants and they will want to preserve them and maybe big brothers will to for their sakes. Maybe people will take pride in where the live and want to improve what their older relatives are doing and not want to destroy it.What cn be lost? All people need a wonderful environment in which to live. If you don’t have it you can create it. Young men, give something to your young and old . Unite people. A nice environment makes people feel calm and at ease. How hard can it be. ? It works or it doesn’t . What’s to loose..? Where you live reflects who you are but who you are can say how you live. n n ey

Parents play a part but it's hard,my kids have been through the ringer growing up because I didn't cave in to giving them phones before high school, because I watched them play out in the street, because I showed them right from wrong. My daughter who's 20 now constantly went on about how the kids in the years under them, when she was in year 8 and 9 were so different to themselves in every way,the way they acted and talked and behaved!! Social media, schools and the way this social change is happening now has a major part to play and, society as whole is responsible for this.Go listen to Katherine Birbalsingh who's the head teacher of the Michaela community school down in Wembley
I grew up in the 80's. There was nothing to do where I lived either. But I didn't cause trouble. It wasn't my nature. And personally I believe that's what it mainly comes down to. You can blame the government etc but certain areas are rough.....and that's predominately down to some (not all) of the people who live there.
Morming Billy, enjoying the videos mate. Reading comments and I get people saying bad parenting and so on but some will have good parents, you can't stop your kids going out and can't keep an eye on them 24/7. Once they're out in the streets with a gang of their mates it's monkey see monkey do at that age for most. The hard lads are usually the ring leaders, the others are scared of upsetting them so go along with it, or do it to seek validation. This has always gone on and in most cases would be impossible to stop. There's never money to create change and make hope for most kids in these communities. Rare exceptions will have a natural talent in football, boxing, music and take themselves away from it but for most cases they'll end up being a product of their environment. Its a vicious cycle, even if government funding brought change to a bad area, in most parts of the country your never 5 minutes from another just like it.
Fuckall changes in some parts of Liverpool, sadly Bill!! Might as well been filmed back in 1981 Breck Road when my family were still living there , main difference being the community watched each other's backs , back then 😪😪

Sometimes people need to take account of their own actions. In the 80's it was reported that the government was going to let Liverpool slide into decay. By destroying property and leaving it like a sh•t hole the people who create this mess are playing right into the governments hands and making it easy for them to just walk away. EVERYONE needs to take responsibility no matter how small their actions.

Have to agree with some of the comments Billy. There is no excuse whatsoever for the things they do. They have a choice . Their Parents need to keep a tighter reign on them. Someone has worked hard for that car just for them to smash it. Its happening all over the uk ..the difference with youngsters today and in my day ..is respect..
The difference of today is there is no future for the young ones,.. they have seen their parents struggle with everyday life, for generations now.....letting a load of boat people over is a deliberate flame to a tinder box... all by design,..and yes like people say this all over the UK.... Generation Poverty. Your control masters will now use the Labour to start the civil unrest, they have been so planning for.....its gone on to long see no way out now.
The more you let them get away, the worst they'll get. Maybe if there was consequences for divvy actions kids wouldn't turn out like this.
Consequences don’t work!! It’s breeds resentment and bitterness towards anyone in power or a uniform!!
So you just let them get away with it ?
well why , it must be what there listening to or brought up on what to believe
They could clean up the neighbourhood if they are bored. There's trash everywhere
Parents need to be held accountable

It's the equivalent of mate in Liverpool. La has been replaced with Lad. 20 years ago it was Lid.

It's maybe true if they could join the army. They would be better dressed and have BMW, but there again. Many are struggling with trauma coming out of forces. So I dunno
You really think the military would want those little sprogs?
Its not the Torys fault lad, these kids don't care about politics, they care about looking and acting like the older kids and being brainwashed by the music and films there listening to and watching, its way above labour/torys, the kids love there lives because they think its the correct way of life, you can put a boxing gym or youth centre on every corner, no one would go.. except the good kids, there needs to be a some type of legislation that states if your child is a little divvy then you should pay some type of consequense, unless you can prove in court that your a normal person who's not addicted to alcohol or drugs and allowing them to act the way their acting, these kids are little demons, male and female, tik Tok, music, tele and drugs are all ruining them, its only going to get worst..
I was born & raised in Liverpool 8 in 50/60s. From a very working class family, was the youngest of 7 children. I was never happy as a child mainly down to where we lived. Got out as soon as I could. Now live in a lovely Cheshire village far removed from Liverpool
Not just Merseyside Billy it's all over the country, you seen Morecambe, there's nothing to do, but there's no discipline, and it's only gonna get worse, Billy you've talked to good kids, so they're not all like that, the parents have a lot to blame in this situation, and I never thought I'd be saying this but my dad's belt put a stop to our bad behaviour as kids, but now we're seeing broken Britain 💔 getting worse, where's it heading, tits up, that's where. I grew up in the 80s in Liverpool Back in the day we had no iPhone PlayStation etc but we never smashed cars up terrorised neighbourhoods , gave cheek to our elders walked around with our faces covered ! Nothing to do with no community hubs bla bla etc they would probably smash them and rob them blind anyway , it’s about respect! the parents are to blame for these rats
Thank Christ l escaped this hell-hole forty two years ago.NOTHING, AND I MEAN NOTHING would ever make me return. No wonder the place is hated.
I was one of those kids in the late 80s up to the mid 90s Billy. I could solve 95% of the problem with their behaviour within a few months and with enough funding. That's always been the problem with working class kids. Never enough funding and never enough wages for the parents to stop the rot.
Simple answer don't have kids if you can't afford them. I'm not a fan of any political parties there all useless but blaming them for kids behaviour is wrong, those kids must go home stinking of skunk, surely the parents must smell this. The problem is the kids are feral, no proper parenting. There talking like old men and that's the problem that's were there influences are coming from, the older generations, far to many wannabe gangsters.
Never enough benefits you mean, as if their parents work.
Feral kids Bill, very sad, where is the guidance?
Breck road always seems lovely when im running through it

@@theallornothingpodcastwith4442 and the cycle is continuous.
@@rach623 Well said.
I'm the same age as Rhys would be now. Literally knew his mates, I've never forgiven the no grass shite. Police literally having to bug homes to convict. Says it all.

My heart sinks, so much potential for some of these kids but lack of things to do for skint people means they end up in crime.

Ppl had the audacity to call other cities , third world citites , well this indigenous city is no different.
You now what i cant understand why this is like it is today it is sad good luck lad be safe 🙏✌️
there is no government on this planet that can solve liverpools problems, only the people of liverpool can . i spent 3 months living there in 1982 and yes it had its problems but i have to say i really enjoyed my time there albeit short, i wish the people and the city of liverpool well for the future.
Bring the birch back that’ll stop it .
It's important to show are communities and what is really happening. We want peace not division
How sad the state of Anfield.have lived around there for years and it’s unbelievable how bad it has become 😢
Might as well been filmed back in 1981 Breck Road when my family were still living there , main difference being the community watched each other's backs , back then 😪😪
Just shows its not the government, but the people themselves.
@@DS-xg9kf To be just and fair its both !! But its ultimately down to yourself to make the right choices in life, irrespective what government is in charge at the time! 👍
It’s not just Government it’s generational disrespect, my next door neighbours have their grandkids staying over and all you hear is really little kids being encouraged to swear and be disrespectful they think it’s hilarious. These are the kids who will be going to school thinking it’s okay to verbally abuse teachers or any other adult who tries to teach them a little respect.
It was the same for me when I was a teenager 15 20 years ago, nothings changed, there wasn't anything to do then, but I never caused trouble. You can't just blame this government to be fair, when I was growing up it was Labour who were in power, they didn't do much either.
WTF is going on in our beautiful country...if those youngsters had half a brain the black car should have been striped of the parts to get money...but no it's all about destruction...at least we had a brain back in our misspent youth...i was racing bangers 45 years ago at the age of 18...this modern youth movement only know the square mile aroma them...keep up the great work Bill...

I can't help but feel sorry for these young people. They must think that no one cares. I hope things get better so they'll have a better future. Bless em. ❤
The police are doing an excellent job engaging with members of the public & building trust with the community (sarcasm, in case you thought otherwise)
No one ever thinks about the people the shop keeper's that kept the community ticking over providing service's. Kid's having kid's and many turing feral because of their environment, all stackrd against them. Every city has them. ✊☘️
This kind of feral behaviour isn't anything to do with lack of community/ youth centres. Its down to sh*tty parenting.
I was one of these kids in the 90s in toxteth but I dont blame the government I think it all stems from what is going on in the home. I was a decent kid til my parents went through an ugly divorce then I just went off the rails and lived similar to these kids.

There is no excuse whatsoever for the things they do. They have a choice .
Their Parents need to keep a tighter reign on them.
Someone has worked hard for that car just for them to smash it.

If we did anything wrong the consequence was we got a good hiding from my Dad.
Fear prevented us from doing things like that.
we were not angels but never did what these kids do today.
Spot on Bill, the similarities between Liverpool and Glasgow are unbelievable,im a Glasgweigan lad with very close family from huyton and other parts of Liverpool.and from religious similarities, political similarities, Both have 2 massive football teams fanatically supported,we both have great dark sense of humour, historicaly beautiful wealthy city centres, but with the poorest schemes/estates in the country, strong regional accents, we're both city first and foremost and country second, both have 2 famous rivers running through it,we have both been continuously ( shat on) or let down by numerous governments.and so much more similarities its unbelievable.and i might be wrong about this billy but am sure Liverpool city council in the 90s knocked back glasgow city council to become twinned cities.anyway love your videos there absolutely "boss lad".🫡🧡✊
