Sounds good. I was really not sure if I wanted a 500 or the 701. Ended up with the 500 and did a full supermoto conversion. I like the idea of being able to swap off road tires and wheels and still have a true dirt bike.
because it’s not a dirt bike, it’s a street bike, it has a KTM engine that’s designed for high mileage. Just has the feel and frame of a dirt bike. If you want a low end torque, wheelies, off-road yeh fasho got the 500. But the 701 is not good and one certain thing it does it all🤪 @@cntrix2047
Coming from a DRZ I need higher speeds but still the capability of flinging my bike around so this is definitely my next bike… once I get $3k more😂 found some 2021 used ones for $12,000 but cash talks so I’m going to bargain
@@WARDOGOD-2 you seem to have misunderstood me, I know it's a street bike and not a dirt bike. I own a KTM 690 myself. It's a great bike. Supermotos are great all-rounders, but all I said is that they aren't a comparable to an EXC/FE Supermoto when it comes to offroad. But the 690 has other big advantages as well. It's for sure a good DRZ upgrade. My 690 from 2010 actually only cost $5600, but new ones are better if you have the money
@@DannyWarrings thanks man, sounds great. Didn’t realize that you can wire them right into the GoPro instead of having to pair up the audio later on in the editing. Where/how are you mounting the zoom recorder?
So you wired the gopro to it to avoid doing the manual sync? Any advantages to just record separately and sync later? Also what settings on the gopro for the video? It looks like an nd filter.
Dunno why but that index just laying on the clutch lever and not doing anything really annoyed me lol Especially since when you do use the clutch you either use 2 or 4 fingers? Anyways, cool video
The scenery and the sounds! All amazing! Hope you do more videos like this in the future.
The pure sound of husqvarna 701
Im jealous about these roads! So many long straights and long curves. And almost no car in sight what a dream. Especially with that bike!
beautiful empty roads! a dream scenery

@Jonh doe yeah but it's way too heavy to be a true dirt bike.

gotchu gotchu my bad @@cntrix2047
This was so satisfying 🤤 smooth and silky road with that purrr ahhh❤
Exhaust sounds amazing
Just subbed because of this video/sound quality. Keep it coming.
beautiful ride but does he have an Akrapovic pot
This quality is incredible!
Te la comprarías para dia a dia ?
Yes, but not for highway riding
3 days for muy gas gas 700sm
Nice video man, use a filter for gopro ?? amazing shot
Yeah I use an ND16. Thanks!
The quickshifter is 👌on this bike esp 2nd gear through to 6th
May I ask how you managed to capture the great sound quality? Awesome video man, you just gained yourself another subscriber.
Awesome thank you! I use a zoom H1n sound recorder wired directly to a GoPro
@@DannyWarrings thanks man, sounds great. Didn’t realize that you can wire them right into the GoPro instead of having to pair up the audio later on in the editing. Where/how are you mounting the zoom recorder?
I put the recorder in a backpack
@@DannyWarrings ah, thanks… great way to reduce the wind noise!
How did you get rid of the wind noice? Sounds awesome 👌🏻
Mic in his backpack probably
Yup sound recorder in a backpack
@@DannyWarrings I’m local and shred the same roads. Do you still have it?
Have you though about mounting the mic under the rear fender next to the exhaust? Or would that be to much wind?
I think it would cause the mic to clip too much. I had to turn down the settings even in a backpack wrapped in a shirt
Great video man keep up the good work 🙂
how far are you from NYC? we shoudl do a ride
Beautiful video 🤩🤩🤩
Sounds very good! :D
I don't have a go pro 9 but consider buying one. You just have the microphone in the backpack and sync the sound with a software after the trip ?
I put the microphone in a backpack and wire it directly to the GoPro. Makes it easier for me to download and cut the footage on my phone
im upstate too doing my 22 build. yours sounds lean brother are you tuned or pc6?
So you wired the gopro to it to avoid doing the manual sync? Any advantages to just record separately and sync later? Also what settings on the gopro for the video? It looks like an nd filter.
Yea wired to the GoPro. It’s just easier to wire it directly, I only edit on my phone.
ND32, 4K30, superview, 1/60 shutter
@@DannyWarrings thanks for the quick reply man, great stuff!
Have you got any of the baffles in or just the hole?
No db killer
These is good
how do u record your audio
Zoom H1N sound recorder inside a backpack
@@DannyWarrings damm its perfect!
Dream bike.
What did you use to record the video?
Zoom H1N recorder wired directly to a GoPro hero 9
Sounds awesome, looks not too far from me I’m in Roscoe New York 12776
Is this bike stable at high speeds on the highway like no wobbles or shakes?
It’s stable, but the wind is brutal
Why do you not use the Quickshifter function instead of the clutch lever? Don't like how it functions?
Coming from motocross, forget about the quick shifter sometimes
how did you obtain that sound without wind?
Zoom H1N recorder
wow just wow
Manual Gain or automatic?
Auto with limiter on. Not the best setting but it saves me from having the wrong setting and ruining the video.
Where do you mount the h1n?
I just throw it in an outside pouch on a backpack
That’s a 2020 model tho it’s got the 2020 dash
The 2021 has the new dash tho
I’m pretty sure the US version didn’t get the gear indicator and rpm update
@@DannyWarrings Yep exactly. The US's version still has the old dash
Exaust ?
Wings
Ok thanks. This bike is full power or depo ?
Dunno why but that index just laying on the clutch lever and not doing anything really annoyed me lol
Especially since when you do use the clutch you either use 2 or 4 fingers? Anyways, cool video
That can’t be stock exhaust
Wings, no db
🔥
I hear some wind
Definitely some kind of light breeze going on
Didn’t have a dead cat yet
@@DannyWarrings your cat died?
No I don’t own a cat, but if you can find a dead one you skin it and wrap it around your microphone. Cat fur is the best for blocking wind
@@DannyWarrings Pretty sure if you shove the recorder to a live cat its gonna turn into a dead cat real quick too.
He didnt wheelie even once
You sound tough
