    How do you open the menu were you can choose multiply im on iPad pls help

      On the layers, there’s a small “n” next to the checkbox. Click it and a menu will drop down with layer mode options.

    But then what’s the difference between using multiply and simply adding a new layer in front, picking a dark colour and lowering the opacity to paint the shadows?

      I think the multiply layer makes values darker.
      Using normal layers would just overwrite everything underneath.

      ​@@animalfinatic9366 The biggest difference is that normal layers are opaque and multiply layers actively make your colors darker. The color of your multiply layer "multiplies" with the one below, if that makes any sense.
