Pretty fun one, though I think it's really best competitive with the negotiation and such. For a solo/co-op deckbuilder there are other games I'd play first :)
Colin and I have both done too deckbuilder lists, but things like aeon’s end, legendary encounters, imperium classics/legends, battle for Greyport, heroes of Tenefyr, etc.
Great solo play! There is an optional rule to replace any 3 and 4 hazard contracts on the opening board. This should make it slightly easier to get going!
I played it twice (in an earlier build), once solo and once co-op. Hate to say it, but it didn't work that well for me. We found that late game we were drawing every card in our decks every turn and the choices became almost nonexistant. But again, that was an early build, so I assume/hope that it's gotten better!
Wouldn’t be worth it JUST for solo in my opinion. The heart of the game is negotiation between players. But it’s a great added option if you plan to play it competitively.
He makes it look so easy, so simple! I feel miserable and stupid bc this game is like super trigonometry. I think I can do a mission, and then I can't. I fail a third of the missions I attempt, can't seem to complete any objectives. . . I'm feeling so rough about this. How do you calculate whether you have enough actions and thrusters to get all your stuff done? This is awful. 😞
I’m not sure, honestly. For me it isn’t that tough to keep track of the total of each type of card in my deck, so I can estimate the best case scenario.

Interesting game. I absolutely love deck builders. This may be worth a try... Thanks for the playthrough... as always, it was excellent.

Ah, forgot about that. Good call!!
Thank you! Have you tried Moonrakers Luminor?

Thanks Mike, any review about solo mode? Worth it?

9:29 that is wrong. Cards you play do always both: fulfilling contract points AND playing its effect.
