Riding in the Lake District July '24. I'm in my full Hi-Viz. Lottie has permanent headlight on and DRL's, as well as Hi-Viz markings on the front and sides. So while enjoying the scenery I find this complete imbecile who just wanders across towards a car park without any sort of plan or observations as to what's in front of them!
