    May as well replace all your pressure sensors on the transfer case now too. They go bad and cause your CDL to not engage. There's lots of info on mud about it. Love the vids👌

    I did the same with my mitsubishi eclipse. I also used two detail brushes just to get the spots that are hard to get

    If you ever do this again I would try to get a pressure washer with a heater and get the temp of the water to 180 degrees melts oil pretty good

    I use oven cleaner spray as it works great and is a lot cheaper than degreaser , just don't leave it on too long as it turns the alloy a grey colour . 🇦🇺

    You should be fine to support the trans on the pan, just use a block of wood in between the jack (according to the FSM).

    try a drill attachment kit with those nylon scrubbers. kit comes with a bunch of different sizes. works amazing on my 1/4'' impact!

    great work. I'm humming along with you and my 94, built the harness like you as well with tesa and all that, thanks for the recommendations. One thing I am doing is having the steering box rebuilt with the 105 sector shaft. Common failure when offroad

    You can set it on the pan no issues. Speaking of the pan tho, it does seem like the gasket is leaking.

    I find that high hot pressure water works the best….never had a good degreaser knock off that much grease, it just removes a lil grease.

      Have you seen the freezing method? I’ve seen tools that freeze grease off. Really interested in that

    Just use a hot steam pressure washer. No materials required. That's what they use in UK before they do bus/truck/lorry mots.

    Wouldn't hurt to jet wash it first then use the chemicals. Give the chemicals a head start.

    These are not good degrease. They are not working at all. Good degrease should instantly dissolve the grease without pressure wash or brush wash.
