Square Breathing Exercise | Deep Breathing for Stress Relief

  • Welcome back to the next stage of our breathwork journey: square breathing (sama vritti pranayama), also called box breathing.
    Square breathing is a yogic breathing technique that relaxes the nervous system by forcing you to take, slow, controlled, deep breaths.
    Follow along with me in this practice to observe how by controlling our breath, we can gently ease our bodies out of fight-or-flight mode.

    Thank you so much! Absolutely loving all of your anxiety focused videos. I am trying to address panic attacks which are a new thing to me without long-term medication and I think your channel will play an integral role in my healing process.

    This is what I needed. This channel and you doing the breathing and all that good stuff for stress and anxiety has been a blessing! It’s been a struggle and I go through times where I’m fine and not and I’m not fine cause of stress and anxiety right now. So thank you for this!!!!
