this is SO GOOD OH MY GOD,,,, the birdsong and the contrast of the warmth and light of being under the tree vs the monochrome darkness of the actual story that's about to happen,,,, i feel like this in and of itself is such a good visual metaphor for the voices insisting that it's inevitable and has happened and will happen again. your work NEVER ceases to be absolutely STELLAR thank you so much for this i can't stop watching it

a minute and a half just about brought me to tears. I love that so many of the artists are animating different parts of the story. Nikki's part almost had me balling.

omg these soft lines, bright colors, Wilburs expression and quiet music at the beginnig and the end of the video gives me so...intense felling that everything is okay, i don't have to worry about anything, just enjoy a beautiful day and be glad to soak in sun while leaing on the grass. I have never read Passerine fanfic, but i don't care now. I'm just vibin rn :)

OMG IM LATE BUT THIS INCLUDES THE FIGHT SCENE massive massive props to you dude! I was slightly bummed from sadists cause that part was pretty much left out and it explained so much of the story, I love this so much.

Я прочитала passerine. Очень, очень, ОЧЕНЬ, очень много слез пролила. Также примерно 1/5 было пролито слез из-за этого аниматика. Пришла пересмотреть его спустя два месяца и опять заплакала. Passerine сам по себе шедевр, но в такой реализации это просто невообразимо. Пришла сказать просто спасибо ну и несколько приятных слов. Я бы хотела написать комментарий полный благодарностей длинной в "Война и Мир", но слов не хватит.
Прошло два месяца, я,черт возьми, все еще плачу. С того дня prelude слушаю буквально каждую ночь. Мне плевать, что это никто не увидит, будет моим личным дневником, пх

i have to say, even though it seems simple (it's not) with the storyboarded-esque storytelling, this was absolutely beautiful. it captures each moment perfectly, including the times after tommy's death, which i have yet to see in another passerine animatic (not to say another hasn't gone past that point, i just haven't seen it). this got me emotional all over again, and it really hit me with how you planned it out. this is an amazing piece of work
