A long awaited video that took months in the making. I would have gotten it done sooner but time and time again I got busy or couldn't work on it without bursting into tears. But here we are! And we powered through.
Again, I'd like to thank everyone who stuck by me as I powered through this, it was always so heartwarming with your support.
Thank you to Technodad and all the friends, family and fans who work to keep Techno's memory alive. It's inspiring, seeing the the creative spark and drive that Techno's influence left, and will continue to fuel. I know how it's inspired me, and I truly hope to do the same for others through my work and passions.
This is my love letter to the community - it surely won't be the last of Technoblade on this channel, but it'll be somewhat of a great catharsis for my experience in the community. I've met so many people, I'd be here for hours if I were to extend my thanks to those I've met through Techno's and the greater Minecraft community.
I'm super excited to see what memories you could share in the video! Please share any and all cherished memories that I may have missed, or any that you picked out - I did my best to look through and research what I can find, and cram as many good memories as possible in.
I hope you enjoyed this letter, and I hope to continue to carry his inspiration and memory for years to come.

Some part of me still is waiting for him to post a video saying it was a joke and how good he got us all and update us on his upload schedule and the plan for the next while. It still feels hard to believe. Thinking about it still makes me get all derealized. It doesn't feel real.

Yeah, but even though its even so hard to believe its true but his mortal body might be dead but hi spirit a legacy will live on forever.

Technoblade was a living legend, but most importantly, a human. People seem to idolize him as some god, but I think it's more important to remember him as a fellow member of the human race- he was a person who had a huge fanbase and built an empire out of a silly block game, sure, but he also had a dog, a passion for minecraft, a loving family, and the determination to live.
During his life, he did everything he could to promote fundraisers for cancer. He tried so hard to make a statement, a change with the life he might not have much of.
He was such a talented, honest, and straight-to-earth type of dude. He unknowing united thousands upon thousands of fans, and built a community that respected and loved him.
Words cannot explain how much his content meant to me and others, and this tribute is obviously so meaningful. (Even though I haven't watched it yet, I'm SURE Cowokie will leave us absolutely speechless).
Finishing up this little rant of mine, I would love to end with the obvious..

Personally, the title of Blood God isn't a deific status. It's like how the Ceasar and the Pharoah were considered.. embodiments of something greater. They were human, just like Technoblade, but they were celebrated because of their connection. Technoblade connects me to the dryest, most honest, witty, and kindest parts of myself, and the wider community. What does the Blood God mean to you?

After a long fought battle that lasted a year the great Technoblade sadly passed away at age of 23 due to stage four Ewing’s sarcoma and will have been laid to rest in an undisclosed location. But nonetheless he will always be remembered as the number one Minecraft player. May he rest in peace and take on the kingdom of God. Technoblade never dies, he ascends!

Techno made such an impact on my life, I started writing fanfiction and putting myself out there and found my amazing internet family. I have joined so many writing events and have written over 90k words on ao3. I am in such a better place mentally and it is all because of the butterfly effect he had on me. He will be forever loved by many.

I keep coming back, there's something in the music that makes it even sadder- I feel like it's so hyped that it reminds of how somewhat chaotic Techno was? Or maybe it amplifies the art of the success Techno has and how it can never happen again. This music hits different.
I think it’s the realization that he got to do all this incredible shit and go out with a bang. Knowing that ultimately, he made it.
This is one of my favorite tributes. It like many others shows his accomplishments, but uniquely doesn't show much about his death or his battle with Cancer. Which I love. It treats it as though he's still here with us. Like he's just stepping back and letting the community take the reins. Its truly amazing.

I have people in my home right now so I had to make my best effort not to explode into sobs💀 my eyes hurt, my throat burns, my chest aches, but I can’t help it. People say time heals all wounds, but I’ve never had much luck with my own losses. At most, I cope, but the pain never ever truly goes away.
Don’t forget to cherish others (and your own life) to the fullest. We’re just humans- fragile things. Don’t think you have all the time in the world, because you really don’t. Any day, any freak accident can also close the curtains for you, so make sure to not get hung up on the little things ❤️❤️

He was my comfort when I was diagnosed with cancer and one of my inspirations to beat it. He died right after the surgery that removed my tumor. I kept pushing through treatment and lived. Now living through heart failure due to treatment too. I was the same age as he was. I’m so glad seeing all these things that make me smile.

My big brother just became a father of a boy a few months ago and when he turns 7 or 6 years old I will tell him all about technoblade's greatness and everything about the good ol' days
Despite being in his last moments he still did his very best and even wrote a script for all of us. We miss you 😭
My god, I teared up a little. Fuck, this has my heart.
It strikes me now that even though he was a man behind a screen, a man behind a piggy mask, he reached our hearts beyond how real life people could.
You could bond with people all because you were apart of his community.
So many people survived depression because of him. So many people saw him as a comfort streamer. They saw comfort where they couldn’t find it anywhere else, not even from their alive parents. He reached our hearts when he wasn’t even here with us. It just shows how much the world needed him.
Many people say how they’re thankful that not everyone has forgotten him. The thing is, no one will ever forget. Even if you hated him, even if you never watched him, many people know that he was a legend, defying Minecraft’s supposed way of playing when he played with a wheel, or winning a whole potato war just for the fun of it. He pvp’ed like no other, making hundreds, thousands, even millions smile all at once.
Technoblade lives on, in our hearts, minds, and spirits.

Almost to the end of June; the date that Technodad released the video stating Techno’s death. We all respected Techno is some way; whether that be his pure Skill, Determination, or the fact that he laughed even though being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer (which has a 3% chance of survival).
The fact that people are releasing videos still on the Minecraft King shows how many people he influenced over the years.
Let’s give a salute to the craziest, strongest, and one of the most influential people on the RUclips platform.
May he rest in peace and find rest in the afterlife.

To everyone here, I know the death was and still is difficult to bear. I still remember the night that it came out. I was at scout camp and someone started crying and informed me to look at techno's channel. I sat in my tent for a good hour just staring at it. I finally realized the reality of it and started crying... Its been over a year and this brought me to tears.

It was my birthday, but i was already out of tears because my kitten had passed away 30 minutes before the video was uploaded. Truly the worst birthday of my life, if not the worst day of my life.
Yoooo, thats crazy. I was staffing a scout camp when I heard, and I kinda just stood there shocked. I almost cried in front of everyone.
I was staying at an inn, sick, in California when I saw the video. I cried all night
I was coming back from a road-trip and at first I was happy because techno finally uploaded but my happiness turned to sadness as I watched the video and just cried for an hour instead of going to bed.

I never watched techno, but I had always respected him wholeheartedly. And when I heard that he a loss to cancer... I watched that last video with tears in my eyes.

I wish I had watched Technoblade stuff before his death. I knew that he existed before his death, but his passing was what made me realize how amazing he was.

those streams were truly legendary, go back and re-watch them! even if you can't chant "one of us" live ever again, its a piece of techno outside of his vids that we can always come back to
I feel like I have missed out on something huge. I always feel this way whenever I see these amazing tributes. RIP Technoblade, I never knew him before but it seems he had a huge impact on the community.
He had a huge impact on me and I never realized how much until quite a while after he passed. To this day he crosses my mind almost every day. It's quite strange mourning a stranger quite similar to how I mourned family members. But I am so glad I got to experience a large part of his RUclips journey with him and his other fans.
I don't think any of us the viewers of the vids the stream viewer his friends or his family quite realise the impact him or anyone who we lose quite had on us until we don't have the ability to be brought to that high that they gave us but unlike some techno left us with a trove of videos to remember him with and that's more then some so he will never be forgotten nor Dishonored like some horrible people try and do to the dead
i really do reccomend checking out some of his popular videos (potato war etc.) thats the cool thing about youtube, though he may be gone there are still "pieces of him" (for lack of a better way to describe it) that wont ever be forgotten thanks to the videos

I remember the night he died, I was just chilling in my room watching Tommyinnit and my friend called me in tears and told me to go watch the video. I cried for the better part of an hour. It’s really a hard thing to wrap your head around death. It takes and never gives back... as I like to say, all humans are born with the promise of death, and you never know which corner it’s lurking around. o7 king

I was watching the Mandalorian with my family when I got the notification and had to walk out to just deal with emotions
