It is a nice prime cut steak sandwich, sauce and juices just dripping off the meat. You don't want them to make the bread soggy though, so I opted for a nice French bread still warm from the bakery. Neither Ukraine nor Russia use English on a daily basis, so one can assume the sign was oriented on west audience. And in case you didn't know, nothing airs live on Russian TV. A 3-minute gap is mandatory to avoid situations like this since 2010-s. Please don't trust anything you see on russian TV.

I was at an anti-war protest on Saturday. I have no ties to Ukraine other than I have a heavy burden for the people suffering. Had no idea so many Ukrainians lived in Cape Town. The whole event moved me to tears. Hearing stories from people who don't know how their friends and family are doing or if they are still alive. They are such incredible people. My heart is with the Ukrainians battling a giant with such courage. Slava Ukraini!

Yes, in Ukraine, anyone who has lived in our country for 5 years can go into politics and you need to pay a certain amount of the contribution. Sometimes this is a plus, sometimes a minus. Depends on what kind of person went and his knowledge

The Ukraine army didn't prioritize the convoy as they knew that the weather and the mud is doing the work for them. It drops to -10 Celcius at night.. and initially te trucks had to keep the engines on for heat. However they ran out of fuel.. now those soldiers deal with frost bites, hypothermia etc. stalled for days
They need big strong Ukrainian women to assist them. Big strong women - Pull plow all day... Pull up Mountain.... Pull down mountain...

Just watched the documentary Winter on Fire, and Vitaly Klitschko shows up there while he was still opposition party leader, and holy shit that man really does stand head and shoulders over everyone else in a crowd. He's the boss they'll have to fight in order to even think of taking Kyiv, and that's after fighting past a ton of astoundingly brave, trained, and now armed citizens. Seriously go watch the doc, and then wonder how anyone thought this country would just roll over and surrender in a few days after they held on for 93 days during the protests.

Totally. Two years ago, some people in the comments here were trying to persuade me Putin looks great with his shirt off. I was like "No way, he´s disgusting". But Zelensky... now we´re talking!!! 🙂 He also looks better than Putin in... well, everything he does, because he´s a normal human 🙂 I basically use Zelensky´s videos as an antidote to the upset stomach I get whenever Putin appears in the news.

We should probably remember that there are plenty of Russian troops who don't believe in what they are ordered to do and perhaps they are trying to stall convoys etc....
Have read a good percentage of Russian troops don't want to fight Ukraine , however the punishment for not fighting may be worse than being shot in war . Especially for their families .
Unfortunately the "stalled' convoys are more to plan some some people think. They're to setup and supply bases around Kyiv and not expected to move fast at all. A lot of media misunderstands how fast they should be moving.
