you'd think in a reality with magic, that they could do age him, or that he could do somthing with bruces blood to make him have a transformation that de ages him.
That loses the impact of things, if it was a young looking captain America do you think it would have the same weight as it does when you see his aged face?

This is what happens when you let people who live under shades of grey mentality protect the world...everything falls apart at the seams.
Without heroes like Cap, Spidey or any other who view the world as a balance of black and white, no one can tell who's a protector and who's an oppressor anymore (and Stark, like he always does, has certainly become an oppressor)
