I am assuming you a service plumber?I am in new construction and we put stops on every fixture, do it right or don’t do it. Someone has to live in these houses and having a shut off right beside the fixture is intuitive and convenient for service. I blows my mind that residential plumbing in Canada only needs stops on WC’s
I appreciate that comment. Hopefully this code changes soon. It's unacceptable considering the total cost. Thanks for the comment 👍. And I'm both a new construction and service plumber. I only do custom homes however and shut offs are not discussed, they are a given
