    You really need to hear her at a live show, she’s amazing, her technique is flawless and the sound she can produce even live with no post production is stunning. “Who is gonna be the one” and “perennial” are both mind blowing live performances, just pick one of those and enjoy! 😁

    I wouldn't put too much credit on the mic or Post Production. This is 99% the power of her vocals. If you listen to people scream without a mic, it's just as drastic & intense.

    Multi genre band. No matter what song you listen to next it will be much different. Love this band.

      Not quite multi-genre. Their main genre Progressive Metalcore + Djent. But they are the most creative group in this genre. Although Vlad and Tatiana themselves are very multi-genre.

    I've been their fan for quite a while now. This particular song was for me the gateway to that rabbit hole known as Jinjer. IMHO they are one of the best metal acts of last years. I kept thinking to myself "no way they are that good live" until I've seen them live last year in Kraków.

    Superb reaction, thanks for sharing, Aleksandra.
    Jinjer are such a great band, Tatiana is the vocalist, Eugene the bassist, Roman on guitar and Vlad on the drums. You should check out 'Perennial' live at Wacken, followed by 'Teacher Teacher' the official video, and then 'Judgement (and Punishment)' both the official video (for the story) and Tatiana's one-take vocal version (for the performance), maybe do a double-header, two videos in one reaction?
    Anyway, thank you for sharing and welcome to the wonderful world of Jinjer and Tatiana!

    TY for posting this corrected audio version.. the last video triggered my OCD about 'cover' songs needing to sound as close to the original as possible. I know that was the original but at that speed/sound it might as well have been a cover lol.

    • @crhu319
      @crhu319 3 года назад

      LOL cover OCD

    • @uoabigaillevey
      @uoabigaillevey 3 года назад

      @@crhu319 LOL believe me.. it is real. When you listen to a specific copy of a specific song 100, 200, 300 times or more over a 30 year period you come to expect certain sounds in a specific way at specific times during the song. It can, in fact, be so precise in expectation that even slowing the original song that you have heard 100 or more times down by as little a 5 beats per minute can be enough to sound 'wrong' compared to your past experience with the song in question. If the differences are frequent enough or severe enough between what you are listening to and what you expect to hear.. it can actually make you not want to hear what you are currently listening to as compared to what you have heard 100 times or more.
      This is why I find live performances mildly disturbing.. at least until I have heard the live performance enough times to expect certain sounds a certain way in the performance. From that point forward, however, any 'other' live performance sounds wrong when compared to the one I have just adapted to.
      It can take 30 or 40 listenings to get to the point of accepting the differences as 'normal' for the song.

    Please make reaction to Diana Ankudinova!
    Diana’s a contralto gifted with naturally occurring polyphonic overtones.
    Diana's voice is like a rainbow of colors now and there's a pot of gold that's the gift at the end of the rainbow, and the rainbows being the various tones that and qualities that she has to offer through the song. Diana's polyphonic overtone sounding is indescribable happiness, delight and goosebumps. To perform all this with a contralto chest register, combining with a mixed and head register, ending each phrase with his own unforgettable yodeling technique, no one is able to perform songs, as Diana does.

    Check more of Jinjer, i think the best order would is Pisces, Perennial (wacken), Teacher teacher, Juzjement (one take), Home back. Then the rest. You will see their flexibility, fusion of genres, mix of clear growl and how low she can go. Good analysis, looking for more.

    I think, although she's very close to the mic while she's growling, Tatiana can make her growl fairly loud.
    First, she taught herself that technique by screaming at cars outside her home town.
    Second, when she does this live, the mic gain has to be turned right down to avoid feedback from the monitor speakers.

    • @michaelstanley5575
      @michaelstanley5575 3 года назад

      In the interview I saw, she said that screaming at cars wasn't really working and that she really figured it out singing with a group in studio.
