Great video. Excellent and valuable information. Thank you.
I notice the term ‘Thank You’ wasn’t used in your example of the quotation for example “ Thank you for contacting us...”
I imagine it’s to keep the relationship dynamic more even with the owner?
You use the term ‘cool’ quite a bit. Is that to keep things comfortable, light, and casual.
I’m a touch more formal with my language with clients. I really like the old fashioned ‘sit down in the living room’ approach.
I usually follow up with an email and phone call combo within 2 days after my initial meeting.

We always try to close the job "on the spot" and if we don't we have a process we follow for setting up a strong call back. Sometimes it's within a couple days, or weeks, or even months. It changes client to client based on their needs.
There is no right words to use - it's more about how you are being with the client. Treat them like a friend and be a normal person. I probably don't say cool as much as I used to. I'm just being myself.

Closing on the spot is what I thought you would mention. Of course that’s ideal. Great resource and excellent insights man.
      Thanks again👍🏼

I love your content. Really valuable. In one of your videos you mentioned how much you pay per lead from door to door i believe, but I can't seem to find it again. How much was it?

What do I do after I send them the estimate do I wait a week to call them and see if they decide to do it for tht price?

That's a good question to be asking... But it's a long answer. The short answer is: follow your sales process! Meet the customer, walk the house, bid the house, write the contract, present the contract and ask for the job. IF they say no, keep following up until you get a decision.
