Another thing you could do with the bustle is record the seamstress explaining how to do the bustle and make sure a few different people have the video-- that way multiple people know how to do the bustle and someone can help the bride even if the maid of honor is MIA
Tips on bustling a plain ballgown with a horsehair hem? I’d really like to do a ballgown/hem bustle where it all loops under so you don’t see any of the extra fabric but am not sure how to start or if it’s possible.

How can I add extra length to a dress with a train?
As in making the train longer? You can custom order the dress' train longer through the boutique.
How do you bustle if at hem there is appliqués sewed on bottom of train. It’s all bunching up
The bustle is folded somewhere along the train and pulled up. Your train hem then becomes even with the hem on the front. Does that help?
