- In 1976, Rodney Dangerfield was the celebrity guest on an episode of the short-lived revival of game show “I’ve Got a Secret”. The panel, which consisted of Elaine Joyce, Richard Dawson, Pat Collins and Henry Morgan, all tried to guess Rodney’s secret. Rodney brought the performer Vance Colvig with him to the show and asked the panelists what musical instrument they thought Vance played.

I remember that show, and then all of us kids trying to play our hands for a few weeks afterward.
The one who was different and played his head practiced and practiced. Now he's a respected senator.

Wow, both Vance Colvig and John Twomey in the same show! Someone already mentioned about Vance's career and his father's Disney work, so I'll go obscure...
Around this same time, John Twomey appeared on The Tonight Show. As he 'played', that band joined in and made it really funny. The clip appeared on a 2-LP Tonight Show anniversary set in 1974, and now the video is easy to find on YT
I worked a show with John Twomey about 20 years ago. He is an attorney, and he has a really wonderful routine.
This is a lot easier to digest because I actually thought he was going to ram his head through the piano.
