    Oh man, I've been putting the roller on that bad part of my back consistently over the last few weeks and developed sciatica. I started to consider The pain to be connected to what I was doing which is why I searched for it and came across this video. I feel real dumb but I'm glad I got confirmation. I could literally feel The nerves in my hips being fired while rolling it but I didn't know if that was a good thing or a bad thing.

    Pretty confusing video for me. Suffering from Piriformis syndrome and extreme pain down my leg now for 13 months with no relief. This was focussed on what not to do, but not what to do. Still good information but not what i was looking for

    I'm confused, so don't use ball or foam roller for sciatica due to compressing the nerve. Doesn't the title say something about relieving sciatica with roller? What did I miss.

      Looking into this stuff and other video says it's safe to put pressure on the sciatica. Confusing yeah.
