    Omg thank you! Thank you for saying this. I bought and resold a Peloton during COVID - definitely not crushing it. The stress and changes of the pandemic definitely made comfort food more appealing to me…and I do not feel like we are ever “going back to normal.”
    I needed this permission slip to be compassionate with myself. 🥰 Great video.
