CJ I am so glad u came out mostly unscathed but Raggedy Ann was another story. When I see wrecks like this I can't help but think the Lord had a bigger hand in it then you might think. I can understand you two wanting to protect your daughter from the hateful actions of others. Since we now have the internet it is easier for these cowards to hide behind their words and no one know who they really are. I have to believe they will one get their just reward. Don't be to proud to accept help from others. You would help someone else in need. May God continue to bless and guide you down this road.
You guys are a level headed pair of sweethearts and you're doing the right thing.. sit back and take the time you need to assess where you are and where you're going with the replacement for Raggedy Ann. I think you're going down the road in the right direction As you said, the car was somewhat simplistic which is perhaps why it worked so well.. These times of so much 'stuff' out there that may or may not make a car quicker IMHO may not be the way to go WRT racing on the streets. HP is still HP, tires are still tires (albeit they are improving) and streets are still streets. When a fella doesn't have to spend so much time fiddling with all those electronics he can concentrate on the chassis and figuring out how to make the tires hook. How many high power cars do ya see knock'n the tires off 'em?? LOTS of 'em that might be more powerful a hotrod than Raggedy Ann BUT Raggedy Ann delivered when those cars couldn't. Simple is good.

Pretty much same here,, I saw Raggedy Ann (because the name is so cool AND she was FAST!) on other channels,, but learned who CJ was via the Hoskinson family's channels and couldn't agree there's literally hundreds of folks ready to offer $$ and lend a hand once the Buckner family have decided what they're gonna do. FIW i like their plan to rebirth Raggedy Ann because I too believe a car does have a soul and Raggedy Ann for certain 'HAS ONE'. It will be good to see her return to the streets where she was born.

I didn't even know you had a channel. lol I have became o big fan of you from Billie at SRC !This video broke my heart when I saw you crashed. I love you buddy and you to stay in one piece.. I experienced a wild ride back in the 80's. it was a chevy 78 monza Running in super gas Just as crossed the finish line the left axle came out and passed me up ended up in the guard rail head on. Glad your ok Cj I couldn’t imagine the ride you went on. I was heartbroken Sunday morning when I woke up and seen the videos on RUclips. I just this season started watching and following the No Prep Racing and Raggedy Ann was hands down my favorite car and that car is the reason I come out to all the races. That’s a badass car and I hope the next one is exactly the same.
