Overall good SUV. Tata needs to improve fit/finish and engine.

The Advanced ESP with discovery's platform and front suspension cannot help the fact that it is a 1.8 Tonne 7 Seater which is FWD, its just a crossover. Though asking for 4x4 maybe too much, but atleast RWD or AWD could have been offered. Still, Tata is really improving and thats good to see👍

With Harrier already available in premium high segment, I feel instead of Safari they should consider a car to rival Creta/Seltos. Not sure why but both Tata n Mahindra lacks an option for this segment. 😅

I am following last 3-4 yr Faisal bhai but car worth more than 50 -40 lakes then and then only his review r good otherwise in each and every video he always find some faults. If some one want negative reviews please follow this channels
I don't understand why tata bothered to make the harrier if they were going to make the safari anyway. They should have rather invested the resources of harrier to build a 4wd or awd system and launch it with 5 or 7 seat option.
These 2 cars create unnecessary confusion in the segment, and guess what neither is benchmark product. A missed opportunity for Tata

I own a xuv 700 diesel i feel that my car NVH level is much more good than safari and harrier..How much features you want to give but xuv 700 will beat you for its 450nm torque and 185bhp..And for petrol 200bhp..Those who are saying that its an competition for xuv 700 they are right but xuv 700 has given almost every features in 2021..Clear view led lamps, 360 parking ,adas, 12 speaker , alexa and many more..So choice and taste is always go with customer but tata has done a very good job in interior hats off tata...But still i will say engine refinement and Bhp and torque should be increased

Fact is 90% want a Highground clearance vehicle with comforts and features rather than Real SUV's off-road capability. Having said that Tata cud offer a limited edition AWD option. It sure is coming with the EV version.

Safari used to be that homegrown thing that the army drove around in deserts and snow capped mountains. Raw off-roading capabilities and real stance.
Now it's an oversized hatchback with a higher ground clearance. Can't wait for the Jim Corbett Kaziranga National Park edition next year though 🫣

I think xuv 700 still has an edge over it as far as price is concerned..ok prices are revealed..Harrier base model is 1.80L and Safari base model is 2.50L more costly than XUV mx petrol model...no one can beat XUV 700 with VFM variation

When I last took test drive of 2021 harrier and safari I found harrier to be performing better in bad patches while driving slowly but safari was better in high speed. Is it just me or others feel the same? Not sure if it's because of 5 seater platform size!

Tata should definitely bring back either safari strome or Hexa both are ladder frame with lots of on road and off road SUV characteristics in it. I dont know why tata is not working on it. Seriously tata doesn't have any proper suv in its line up. Atleast HEXA should come, it having both MUV/SUV characteristics with lots of space. Please tata bring back those SUVs before diesel engine gets banned.

I love the quick banters. TaMo deserves it. This is not Safari, it is Harrier Plus. Storme had a nice 4*4 too and that 2.2 was nice. To be fair, the legendary 1.3L FIAT diesel was noisy too but it was a heck of an engine. How’s the engine though in Jeep Compass and MG Hector?

Its a slick looking car that now looks the part of the LR extended family but minus the crucial qualifications.. Tata might as well bolt on a borg warner TOD AWD, upgrade the suspension and sell it for 10 lakhs more calling it Tata Sierra and they will be surprised at what it can do in terms of sales as a Halo sub brand
