If you're going to be chauffeur driven then in that case go for Innova. It is going to be much more comfortable and spacious. However, if you're the one driving your own car then go for XUV 700 as it has the most powerful and torquey diesel engine. It is also more refined compared to the diesel engine of safari or Toyota . PS: I own xuv 700 diesel and it brings smile on my face every time I put my foot down the accelerator

Now this thud sound is little higher than other cars, but it's not something of a deal breaker and the Mahindras's response is that it is normal with this kind of suspension. At the same time, the quality of ride offered is way better than other SUVs
@@rajatroxig not. They had this problem at the time of launch but it's fixed now, because they're using a better suspension which is independent, and maybe first manufacturing would have a defect but now it is fixed.

Those who have not driven New Tata Safari can only say that XUV 700 can give best drive experience. I owe new Tata Safari and My friend has XUV700. The Safari is a different class can't be compared with XUV 700.
Only problem with Hycross is cheap plastics from Maruti 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️ unbelievable that Toyota is selling the top end at almost 40 lks and people are facing rattling within a year😢 Cost cutting which is unacceptable for such a great product

12 months pata nai har jagah kyu hai mai jab showroom gaya tha tab bhi 12 months thi but when we booked we got it in 7 months. Moreover it is more comfortable than the other two cars and after sales service is good too. Only problem is about the price it's top varian at 37.5 lakhs on road and I feel it should be cheaper atleast the price should range around 34 lakhs. @@vipulsharma5052

Mahindra should definitely increase their car size as to kill competition if there was some more space in third row and boot space definitely all will prefer xuv 700, 2nd row must have option to slide and all seats should be ventilated,after all this if this car comes under 30 lakh it will kill competition.
Last month, i drove xuv 700 and safari facelift for 3,000 kilometers both till Manali(automatic). It is my take away: 1: Safari suspension is amazing, it smoothly glides over bad patches 2: Safari gearbox is better, and fees less jerking while shifting. 3: safari has better road presence, xuv is also beautiful, but safari has an edge. 4: Third row is practical in safari. XUV 700….. 1: Engine is just rocket, very refined, feels like driving BMW. 2: The car is more spacious despite the fact that middle row can slide in safari. 3: Cabin feels more luxurious. 4: Easy to drive vehicle for thousands of kilometers, no tiredness. 5: Zero software glitches encountered during trip. 6: Under thigh support is better in xuv. 7: Adas is very accurate in xuv 700. Note: Please don’t get offended, but xuv in my opinion, is more practical car, and gives a feel driving any foreign made car. Sometimes, hard to believe it was made by Mahindra.

Only Brain - Toyota not thinking of giving interior beautification satisfaction to its customers, they r still trying to win hearts by performance only. Only Beauty : Mahindra yet to go miles interms of higher technological advancement and service. Tata has come a long a way and only thing customers missing is Petrol engine in Harrier and Safari.
Safari. I used 700 for 2-3 months in Year 2022. Now, I own Safari which I just got in November of 2023. Not just comfort, it has robust build quality. I drove 2500 km in just 3 days on NE & NH. For service after sales, I would say. It's gambling. Means, you check which is the best service center in ur city, once you find good one stick with that because not all service centers of TATA are efficient.

From where I'm the price difference between the Safari and Hycross top-end is almost 5 lakhs. That was a huge factor for me going with the Safari along with its emotional connect.
You see why people choose a Toyota because it's such a peaceful ownership experience. The engine reliability on the rough roads is also amazing. And the service cost makes you choose a toyota.

I did not check safari. But did a detailed review or Hycross ZXO. Waited for a year. Did a PDI as well. I already had Kia Carnival. When I sat in Toyota, I felt like it was totoally non-premium for a 38L price tag. While returning, i casually went to xuv700 2024 model. As soon as I sat in it, it is a CLASS apart from Toyota Hycross. Its absolutely stunning colors, polished from inside, has a crash detection, and all this in 33L for ax7L variant. ZXO does not have crash detection. All buttons in xuv700 are nice. Toyota does not have stickers on some buttons, also they are plastiky. A 20L base version of Toyota maybe good value for money, but ZXO is waste of money. Finally I got my XUV700. Its absolute delightful vehicle. Mileage: Toyota EV does not go even 15km. EV battery is smaller than a Ezv Scooter battery. You cant charge it:(. It will autocharge from petrol only. Having said this, Toyota Mileage is way better. And inspite of all this, XUV700 simply wins you over. Its mileage is just 11 km in city. I havent done a intercity yet for highway Mileage.
The Toyota is not an electric vehicle at all. It is a hybrid vehicle. The battery and the electric motor is intended to power the wheels under low load conditions, giving you incremental improvements in mileage. Agree about your points on the interior quality. Mahindra has done a better job than Toyota.
TOYOTA Innova Hycross is Pure GOLD. You can get an attractive resale price after 6-7 yrs when you plan to sell your vehicle. Since the price of TOYOTA keeps on increasing rapidly. However, You can not sell a 3 yr old Diesel Safari at even half of its price ! This is the major difference. Also After sales experience of Mahindra is the worst as compared to the rest. So overall, for peace of mind, one should buy a Future Ready product, A product which is Hybrid, more spacious, more comfortable and more fuel-efficient car. despite being more pricy, it would give you 3 times better resale than its competition. I am owning a HYCROSS HYBRID since past 1 year. I have taken it to many places and driven it extensively. It gives sheer comfort. The Seats of Hycross are even better than XUV 700/ Safari during long drives. Experience it, Drive it to know about this vehicle..! TOYOTA is the only vehicle whose value appreciates with time. Its not a depreciating asset!
Bhai sabki value depriciate karti hai kisi ki jyada ksi ki kam 😂. Second torque of deisel is more then petrol/hybrid so driving pleasure ke liye hycros nhi hai . And 6 lakh hycross is costlier than xuv 700 both top model.

Why should one go through a inferior product feel at a higher value? From premium feel perspective, audio quality perspective, I liked xuv700 more. Toyota is like normal economy class. And Mahindra premiumness is like Eco plus category for 6L less. But if you feel Toyota is comfortable thats fine. Its a personal feeling. On the crash detection - super disappointed that if a cow/animal comes in front of you, Toyota Hycross top end wont break automatically. Dont know why they skipped this feature. Mahindra service - from my earlier mahindra experience- it sucks. Kia service - it sucks. Hyundai service - it sucks. I haven't tried Toyota, but I have accepted that service center guys are going to loot you, no matter what. If Toyota service is better, let me know.

As a person who drives his own car..I am going to see the extrior & more of the interior.. Safari trumps the other cars in both departments.
4 month old SAFARI has more than 20 parts rusted. Resale reduces to half in just 2 yrs. Own a TATA vehicle to know its shortcomings.

Safari. I used 700 for 2-3 months in Year 2022. Now, I own Safari which I just got in November of 2023. Not just comfort, it has robust build quality. I drove 2500 km in just 3 days on NE & NH.
For service after sales, I would say. It's gambling. Means, you check which is the best service center in ur city, once you find good one stick with that because not all service centers of TATA are efficient.
Both are pretty similar in terms of highway comfort. Better bonnet visibility is the Safari.
Sry by bonet visibility I mean while driving in traffic edges of car more visibile in xuv700 or safari?

Toady I took test drive of safari bench seat variant and it has one touch tumbell down feature please give proper info.
Do note that we have compared only the captain seat versions of all three cars.

From where I'm the price difference between the Safari and Hycross top-end is almost 5 lakhs. That was a huge factor for me going with the Safari along with its emotional connect.

Practicalilty wise- nothing beats hycross.. the boot is massive with all rows up, third row has best space.. the car is massive... I own xuv 700 and cannot travel on a weekend trip with 7 people and luggage
I did not check safari. But did a detailed review or Hycross ZXO. Waited for a year. Did a PDI as well. I already had Kia Carnival. When I sat in Toyota, I felt like it was totoally non-premium for a 38L price tag. While returning, i casually went to xuv700 2024 model. As soon as I sat in it, it is a CLASS apart from Toyota Hycross. Its absolutely stunning colors, polished from inside, has a crash detection, and all this in 33L for ax7L variant. ZXO does not have crash detection.
All buttons in xuv700 are nice. Toyota does not have stickers on some buttons, also they are plastiky. A 20L base version of Toyota maybe good value for money, but ZXO is waste of money.
Finally I got my XUV700. Its absolute delightful vehicle.
Mileage: Toyota EV does not go even 15km. EV battery is smaller than a Ezv Scooter battery. You cant charge it:(. It will autocharge from petrol only.
Having said this, Toyota Mileage is way better.
And inspite of all this, XUV700 simply wins you over. Its mileage is just 11 km in city. I havent done a intercity yet for highway Mileage.
The Toyota is not an electric vehicle at all. It is a hybrid vehicle. The battery and the electric motor is intended to power the wheels under low load conditions, giving you incremental improvements in mileage.
Agree about your points on the interior quality. Mahindra has done a better job than Toyota.
TOYOTA Innova Hycross is Pure GOLD. You can get an attractive resale price after 6-7 yrs when you plan to sell your vehicle. Since the price of TOYOTA keeps on increasing rapidly. However, You can not sell a 3 yr old Diesel Safari at even half of its price ! This is the major difference. Also After sales experience of Mahindra is the worst as compared to the rest. So overall, for peace of mind, one should buy a Future Ready product, A product which is Hybrid, more spacious, more comfortable and more fuel-efficient car. despite being more pricy, it would give you 3 times better resale than its competition. I am owning a HYCROSS HYBRID since past 1 year. I have taken it to many places and driven it extensively. It gives sheer comfort. The Seats of Hycross are even better than XUV 700/ Safari during long drives. Experience it, Drive it to know about this vehicle..! TOYOTA is the only vehicle whose value appreciates with time. Its not a depreciating asset!
Bhai sabki value depriciate karti hai kisi ki jyada ksi ki kam 😂. Second torque of deisel is more then petrol/hybrid so driving pleasure ke liye hycros nhi hai . And 6 lakh hycross is costlier than xuv 700 both top model.
@@Bhoju-cg7pe i bought 2 wheel drive. I dont go off roading, so did not need awd. Recently i went to Mumbai from Pune. XUV700 gave 16km average (Dashboard average reading).
Its 3D sound is a world apart. Absolutely stunning 3D sound from 12 sony speakers.
@@pariexplore Yeah, if you are looking at valuation, you are right. Toyota is #1. I wanted a premium feel while I drive. I did not want to sacrifice premiumness for a future sales value. Why should one go through a inferior product feel at a higher value? From premium feel perspective, audio quality perspective, I liked xuv700 more. Toyota is like normal economy class. And Mahindra premiumness is like Eco plus category for 6L less.
But if you feel Toyota is comfortable thats fine. Its a personal feeling.
On the crash detection - super disappointed that if a cow/animal comes in front of you, Toyota Hycross top end wont break automatically. Dont know why they skipped this feature.
Mahindra service - from my earlier mahindra experience- it sucks.
Kia service - it sucks.
Hyundai service - it sucks.
I haven't tried Toyota, but I have accepted that service center guys are going to loot you, no matter what.
If Toyota service is better, let me know.

I had taken the test drive of both hycross top model AT & safari....innova is so clam comfortable in driving ..second row third row both 👌 u didnt notice when it crosses 100 plus i thought i was driving it at 80 but it was at 110 🤣🙈 & safari is fun to drive u feel punch power while driving comfort is good enoughnot as calm as hycross but look more premium..🎉@@cardekho I need to choose one out of two for booking but hycross waiting is 1+ yr fr top model & safari is just 1 month max ...so now confused which to go for....& scorpio mahindra I hv so not again going fr mahindra again...test drive I enjoy power feel is there but safari & hycross seems perfect package fr this price range.

Its VX version is the most value for money variant which comes with 360 degree camera and front sensors! VX Hybrid is a much bigger car at same price of Safari!
