Brilliantly creative. Commercial plant-based ‘links’ substitutes can be manufactured to be tasty but highly ultra processed often with harmful ingredients such as carrageenan. I am eager to try this recipe. Not to mention it is absolutely ‘packed’ with nutritious ingredients. The grilling pan used helped to minimize the oil as well. If you make it at 5pm (it takes 45min) you can refrigerate these delicious sausages or freeze them and cook for breakfast, quick and easy! Perhaps your mixture was a bit too dry? ensure that it is wet enough so it can stick and refrigerate before cooking - that should help!
