I had to learn to cook vegan, gluten free and antiinflammatory diet and I can assure you although it was not easy to learn to cook with those restrictions together, now those restrictions ended up opening much more options. A carnivore diet is the one limited and wasting so much potential that you discover when going plant based already. I can assure you a good vegan cook can make it better
Sofia is 4 hours enough soaking? I would soak them for at least 8 hours or 12 , I have soaked them for 24 hours in the fridge no problem , even 2 days (changing water) but it won't help more than 10 or 12, but don't you think 4 hours is short? thanks

I would alter the recipe slightly by leaving OUT the garbanzo beans, eggs, baking powder, bread crumbs and flour; then add a thick, juicy filet mignon!

Indeed - I realised it when I cooked them doday. Next time I pull out the big blender - the little puree-stick went quite hot on the heavy work.

No, cooked chickpeas don't hold together, they should be soaked but not cooked. And there's no point in adding egg, flour or breadcrums!
