I enjoyed this video. I loved watching the process and my mind was blown by the different knives you chose for each item. I felt like I was there experiencing you create this dish. Others complained about the music but I just turned it down. You can't please everyone. I am wondering though, as for the potato and the cucumber, what variety have you chosen? I feel like it makes a difference. My cucumbers are very seedy and I can't recognize what you chose. Some potatoes bake dryer than others, so I'm curious. Great looking recipe! When you have so many ingredients and spend so much money on one single dish, you want to hurry and get the making process over with and just get to the damned food. See what you spent all that money on. Having to watch the chopping and slicing for what feels like forever makes you want to walk away from the video. You're going to have to do this yourself. That's not exactly enticing.

I don't eat tomatoes, but I keep them because my husband does eatthem, he loves a good tomato sandwich! With that being said I never thought about cooking them in a dish like she's done here. Very interesting, I'll have to try it out, I'm sure the hubby will love it!

To save in cooking time pre cook potatoes 10 to15 min depending on Culteva till just before mash must be little hard Fry Onion and chicken together can add some mushrooms then add eggbase
I am going to try it, now that I found the ingredients in the "...more..." section of the description, but I will cut the onion & potato slices at least in half. Although it looked pretty, I don't want us to have to deal with cutting them once we are eating.
