I actually have attended sensory concerts and have a bit of experience when it comes to that topic. I've actually consulted with establishments in Baltimore about making their facilities more sensory friendly. I would love to chat more about this with you if you have the time!
So glad I discovered your channel! When I was very young in the 1980s an incident at pre k left me non verbal for a year so without seeing a therapist I was assumed autistic and went to a school for special needs ( Ann Ludwig school Woodbridge VA) where I found my voice eventually again . I bonded so much with other kids with different disabilities n ever since been involved . I do miss working with the amazing children n adults I have gotten to know over the years , I am a small homesteader now following my dreams n passion for gardening n agriculture . It's hard to describe how special n meaningful n beautiful for sure the friendships you create n have are. I have learned from the many I have been lucky to get to know or just meet 🧩
