    Awesome! Something I'd like to see is the robots moving at the same time / speed up the process. Really awesome setup.

    Задумка очень крутая, но реализовать можно лучше:
    1. Увеличить скорость рук тогда, когда не нужна особая точность, то есть брать медленней как сейчас, а перенос делать быстрее;
    2. В некоторых моментах 1-й руке не обязательно ждать 2-ю и наоборот.
    Тогда уже можно и производство запускать :)

    a lot of the ops could be overlapped. like as an example, why not get a new block ready while other stuff moves? one of the coolest things with mechatronics is when you have simultaneous dynamics.. it's really worth it, makes the system seem alive!

    • @DieselRamcharger
      @DieselRamcharger 4 года назад +1

      @@electricpaisy6045 its to make the coding easier. go forward 1000 steps. go back 1000 steps. otherwise every time the belt stopped it would have to write
      its position to a register, that register would have to be read and the correct number of steps added or subtracted to arrive at the correct target its way easier to just hard code in a set distance and back the machine up each time in between.

    • @electricpaisy6045
      @electricpaisy6045 4 года назад

      @@DieselRamcharger I think you can just say "go 1000 steps forward" over and over again. There is not only position mode. And even if not you could just write a subtraction into the code couldn't you?

    This is really helpful! This can be used in the universities. Graduated students could employ their skills in quality control, in garbage sorting, in the mail sorting systems. I mean all the areas, where the Computer Vision systems are useful. The augmented reality helmet for policemen, in the realtime analysis of images from policemen's and street cameras. In the face recognition, in the recognition of nervousness on the potential terrorists' faces. And in the access control systems. And in the driverless agricultural machinery, municipal equipment. And in the driverless cаrs.

    Hi,
    I work on the enterprise world of cnc and robot, i think ur project is cool but ther's some code that is unneccessary or that can be a little bit better in my opinion.
    1) wy 2 emergency buttns?
    2) wy does the conveyor belt reverse?
    3) i think u can have some periods where both arms are working togheter in order to increse productivity
    4) cable managemente can be better, u also used rigid wires (are those like cat 5 wire right?) so it's also worst 'cause bending them too much will break them, i council u to use some little (7-10mm) sheath and to pass the wire inside the articulations in order to bend the on the circunference side instead of the longitudinal side.
    p.s as other people say, i would double or triple the speed or put a jog if is possible.
    Anyway, nice job
