    I agree I use stinking motions to warm up and then add a weight on, mace , heavy club etc.
    When using the weight make sure the motion is similar to the strike eg elbow strikes then use a short club/ Indian club making sure it follows the same path.

    Balance and coordination are often overlooked. Sprinting is one of the most beneficial activities a human is capable of performing. People simply want to look athletic and aesthetic without having to achieve the associated physical abilities. Not a very productive strategy for fulfillment. For me, muscle hypertrophy is only a side effect of the physical capabilities I work so hard to achieve. If you train to be strong AND fast there is a good chance you will also achieve a desirable physique as a by product without even having to ever think about it. Another benefit is as you become more physically capable with your own body you stop caring about what your body looks like to other people.

      @DanteDevilTrigger653 I lift weights brotha. 5 days a week. That and gaming are my only two hobbies
