- Drum brakes, wheel bearing, and brake bleeding are shown in this video on the 2005 Dodge Neon SXT. I'll show you how to remove the drum brake assembly and how to properly reset all the new pieces. I discovered a bad wheel bearing while there, and all the nasty black coffee/rug doctor water looking brake fluid is flushed.

We had our right rear lose a pad while driving it was freaking scary having the wheel lock up at freeway speeds. Had to completely install a whole new drum brake. Was not fun.
Exact opposite of the wife's experience. Her pads were so gone they wouldn't even touch the drums. She'd come to a stop gradually after hitting the brakes to the floor half a block away from her stop. Those sudden stops were bad times. I can't believe she drove it like that as long as she did. That shit is dangerous.

Really wish you had paused a bit longer on the assembly. Took me forever to get a screen pause to look at the layout
That's why I made the assembly the thumbnail.
My driver's side locked up soon as I left my driveway so I backed it back in my driveway dragging my tire. Haven't changed it yet but got the drum off and the pad part fell off. Got to get all the parts and change it soon though.
My adjuster is rubbing against the hub any ideas?

how about holding the camera still so people who actually need to look and see where the springs go can see instead bouncing around and not really doing anyone any good
