I'm at loss for words and heartbroken about the death of someone I have never met. I feel so bad for the brother's whole family. It is a tragedy for any family to lose two of their members in such an unexpected an horrific manner. It makes you question what is important in life.

As a father…those three words just ring in my ear. As a younger man this tragedy wouldn’t have affected me so much. I’m a father of three boys and I couldn’t imagine what that family is feeling. I hugged my boys a little tighter today. So sorry for what those families have to go through right now.

Honestly, hockey really doesn't matter to me on a day like this as it seems like he was a bigger star off the ice than he was on it.
