    I started this about 5 weeks ago. I walk everyday, and thought I was in good shape. I still had pain. I tried Yoga, but it hurt to do some poses. I LOVE THIS STRETCHING! I feel great afterwards, and my hip joints feel wonderful. Thank you Miranda..

      I've just started also bought dvd season 10, I have severe anemia with terrible fatigue, after each workout I feel amazing, I feel energetic and like all my cells have been oxygenated, I have never found anything that has helped until now, I will be doing this every day!

    Don't for get about hormones, they can also make us feel crappy when there unbalanced. These two things work together.
