I am a dancer for 14 years, Unfortunately because of the Covid related lockdowns here in Germany, I didn't really have the chance to train or just dance for fun for the greater part of last year. Great thanks! There is some misinformation, as it's only Salsa On 1 which breaks on 1, there's also Salsa On 2, which obviously breaks on 2. And, you didn't do Bachata, as this would only be Bachata if you did it to Bachata music... But the dancing is great, of course, please give us more!!

But you just lost me during this one by doing bachata steps with some kind of electronic music¿? 😂 Please, you know you can find fast bachata songs to do workouts. As a Latina I felt super weird and couldn’t keep dancing bachata to that kind of music. Anyway, I don’t mean this to be mean, just as a recommendation. 🙂

I love this dance training. That's the best discovery I made during the covid time. Any suggestion on how to improve my dancing? I've been dancing for 13 years but not on a consistent basis, so falling back after every long pause, but now I am determined not to stop. I especially love latin dances. Great work you're doing. Practice make you perfect. Remember the basic steps for each dance, then you can develop from basic to upper level. There are so many different techniques for different dances which people may not like to spend time on. That's why stopping improvements. Good luck to you! ❤️

Love how well this is put togeather in a cardio workout. I am a former dance teacher and student of ballroom since 1995. Wife and I dont get to go out dancing much since the kids showed up and we work opposite schedules and I am dedicated to staying fit as 60 approuches. This is a great way for students and dancers to practice without partners. I noticed a lot of people spend money to learn but, since they dont have a partner, dont practice or know how to dance solo. This bridges that gap nicely, I like how their is multiple routines not just one on the free side of the channel. I been getting alittle borded doing cardio at the gym ( Im Attention deficiet) and sometimes you dont want to go so this does nicely. I will have to subscribe. Also goes well with my martial art kick boxing workouts. dance and martial arts have alot in common. it all moving in time and space. There only so many ways to move and you could argue martial art( like tai chi as an example) and dance are one.
These classes (especially this one) have been amazing for me, as I had to stop running because of an impact injury. Are you able to do more like this at this level, but a bit more energetic like the 15 minute one. I tend to do this class, skip the cool down then go right to the 15 minute and finish with that. PLEASE do more, they're great and I learn at the same time!
