Combat was my biggest issue with this game. It felt like you can’t fully control your characters during fights and things just happen on their own.
That's mobile games for you.
I guess that's sorta how the game used to be when it was turn based.

@@VernorsDoctorAgree to disagree because yes you can control their actions by pressing either attack or magic and what not but its not like your the one actually doing it. Your just pressing an option and the a.i does the rest for you meaning you can't really control your character at all. Can only pick options for them to do which is boring 😂😂 but that's just me. I remember playing kingdom hearts a lot as a kid, one day I came across FF7 OG and saw it was made by the same company so i thought I'd get it but the combat sucked so I couldn't play it. Some ppl shit on the remake for some reason idk why maybe nostalgia reasons but it's literally better in every way 😂😂 graphics, the combat system, actual cutscenes with voice actors sure it only took place in the midgar section but still it was better and now we have rebirth which is far more better then the remake. I can't wait for the 3rd installment to see where it ends.

I started "playing" the POS gatcha that this story is hidden behind and couldn't take it anymore, the grind is horrible.
Do you plan on uploading future chapters ? Or existing ones such as the og ff7 storyline from Ever Crisis ?
I'd be interested in knowing more about how to use cheat engine for this, looks like the perfect way to enjoy the story without losing too much time on mobile time sink bs.

Any tips for grinding this game?
I have no clue, I cheated my way trough. I don't enjoy grinding. You can use something like Cheat Engine on PC and freeze your hp to 99999 wich is fairly easy to do.
The game is build so you take a very long time to achieve anything and that's where the micro transactions come into place. It is after all a free mobile game.

@@samuraiprime5044 The trick into changing your hp can be used on anything with a number that can be changed. this can be anything like stats, crystals, levels, currency (in basically any game, not recommended for online games)... But most of these will give you a error or will work but not permanently because its has alot of online functionality. One that works is adjusting your overall level that you need to play certain levels. You can fool around with it and see what you can get.

Yes there will be more in the future. They are gonna add chapters bit by bit.

But if you mean all the dialogue parts as in a movie then no I don't have it. There is not much of a point right now to do it either as the story is not complete and they add new chapters every month (or 2) or so (wich will be on my channel). And if you completely cut out the battles you miss out on the story imo. My playthroughs are however random battle free. And I skip trough a lot of the boss fights to, to give a focus on the story. Thats the best I can give you right now.

No, they're from a different region that didn't exist in the OG, Rhadore, where Shinra wants to build a reactor apparently.

Thank you for doing this and saving a lot of people from this game's predatory practices.
However, are you able to edit this down? There are long sections where you don't take any actions and there is nothing going on onscreen. There are loading screens and battles (w/o story dialogue) that haven't been edited out. There are sections where it seems like you went to the bathroom and left it recording, leaving either a full minute of nothing, or a full minute of lingering on a choice unimportant to story (YT viewers don't need to read the 3 gacha choices for a full minute).
Respectfully, there is a lot of fat here. It almost feels like you largely didn't pay attention while recording, and that you didn't pay any attention while editing - if you indeed edited at all.
