    You can change the playback speed in the settings. Just hit the little gear in the video and you can slow it down.

    I did all that for 3 months and no weight loss. Clothes fit the same. Slightly more muscle tone. My doctor also did follow up blood tests and said nothing has changed as far as my iron/ferritin, protein, vitamin d and b 12. She thinks I have an absorption deficiency (I can’t remember the name) like my mom does and I now have to take sublingual vitamins.

      Check your thyroid, including antibodies , not just tsh t3 and t4. Also full hormone panel

      Check your adrenals(cortisol levels), hormone levels, and for food allergies/food intolerances.

      I used to eat a plant based diet with only a little lean chicken or fish once a week. I gained weight, so much body fat, and I also developed several autoimmune diseases.
      The I wrnt more ketoish and lost about 15 kg, but I only ate about 750 calories per day. Then I started gaining weight again. So I lowered my calorie intake to only 350-450 calories per day and just managed to keep my weight as it was.
      After doing intense research and getting more information from Dr. Eric Westman, Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, etc, I went all carnivore on February 25th this year. I immediately started losing water and body fat. Within 2 weeks all my stomach and gut problems were gone - gastritis, leaky gut syndrome, bloating, cramps, chronic diarrhea, etc.

      Check out Dr. Eric Westman, Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, etc.
      Go all carnivore and lose your body fat, gain muscles, end your autoimmune diseases, all your gut problems, etc.
      You don't suffer hunger, don't have to check on calories, just watch out for carbs.
      I lost 15 kg since February 25th this year. I eat beef broth from bones and meat every day. And I also eat beef like steaks or minced meat also, and at least 4 chicken eggs, and off course lots of butter every single day. I drink 2 - 3 liters of mineral water also.
      Meanwhile I also take some supplements, because certain vitamins and minerals were deficient for decades.
