Sanaz, this home is absolutely stunning. Such amazing usage of space for a smaller home. My favorites are the kitchen (absolutely love the marble against the matte black cabinetry and sink), the master bath (the tub and chandelier are exquisite), and of course, the floor to ceiling windows all over (I adore lots of light and windows throughout)! Truly beautiful work in both the build and design and furnishing of this home. You and your team are amazing!

Sanaz, for such a small house it throws a mighty punch. I especially like all of the details in the house from the glass walls to the matte blacks that's carried throughout the house; I'm a little biased to the kitchen that's my favorite but everything is spectacular. It's amazing how you keep repeating 'small space', 'small house', where in Europe this house is on the bigger side. Two totally different worlds!!
Yes it is and I realize that. In Toronto the lot sizes are a little different then Europe. This is definitely not a small house but in comparison to our other properties it is on the smaller side. Thank you for watching our RUclips channel. I hope to keep inspiring you with our future content❤️

I love what you did with the kitchen cabinets the contrast with the wood tone inside and the black stain doors with glass looks very warm and inviting I also liked the island with the same wood tone. I'm a little concerned with the space between the stove and the kit cabinets also I think the stools under the island are too high other than that I like all the mix match materials.

That kitchen is just **chef's kiss**. Not a huge fan of the table set-up, I do think it did end up looking cluttered, but understand you must do what u gotta do to do the 8 chairs. But my god is that kitchen beautiful.
There isn't room in that kitchen to cook for eight people. The microwave must be in a cupboard. 😂😂😂
Square, round or rectangular adding more chairs than the space given doesn't big a table bigger it makes it cluttered.
The point is to put pieces that will enhance the space with maximum seating without cluttering. Which we accomplished both. Thanks for your feedback.

Love your spaces so much. The rugs size always threw me off. They look a bit small for the spaces
The rug should be at least the length of your sofa as ours is shown here. Usually will stick out a little longer than the sofa.

That’s because I’m fortunate enough to be bilingual. I’m Canadian/Iranian.
The side board looks too short for the scale of the art in the bedroom with the blue tufted bench .
The Picture Frame in the master bathroom has too wide white boarder, it looks somewhat out of place when you look t the whole picture....
Lovely but...the 8 chairs around the square table does not work! Legs will be piled on top of one another! I am surprised that you didn't try with seated people. It does look good though...:-)
This table is meant to seat 8. 2 on each side. I figured it would take less space and I save in the length of the room. Gotta be creative in small spaces. Xx

That table with 8 seats. Imagine 8 people really sit there, their legs would be crossing each other and that table is not big enough to hold enough food for 8
Does each person need more than 30” of space on a table? Nope it fits and was made to seat 8.
I find the shower depressing and claustrophobic, the bathroom is ok, just not keen on the floor. Love the kitchen, the style, the colour scheme, the attention to details.
