This house is a master piece, loved the interiors and styling . Sanaz I have a question about the window trim and sil , does these windows have a trim or it's a dry wall return? Also what is the material you have used for window Sil?
Love the video! Can I ask, I really like the herringbone oak floors but I was worried about pit marks from shoes. I noticed you were wearing stilettos, would these leave marks on the floor? TIA 😀
Gorgeous home, beautifully styled to complement all its features. I will say, I am not on board with the idea of a sofa at the foot of the primary bed. Too much upholstery plopped together; looks like an upholstery train. I would have preferred the ambience of two chairs close to the fireplace, anchored by a small table in between. A place to sit by the fire with morning coffee. This placement would better highlight the fireplace and the spacious primary as a suite. I am thinking Sanaa thought of that but maybe decided it would not work for staging.
Generally speaking when builders build spec homes they keep them more neutral so it appeals to most buyers. That’s how they increase their chances of selling faster and for more money. Now that doesn’t mean they don’t add details. Most of the homes we style have timeless finishes.
Your sunpan, nuevo and westelm furniture look very dated and tired. It's time to upgrade ur furniture. Also you missed the mark on this perticular house. This should have had very modern and sharp furniture to bring out the best in this house.Too traditional :)

I find your projects to be pasty, dull, stale, and generally void of personality. Not a great resource to inspire creativity.
