Then , I'm a little bit disappointed because I didn't see the home builder 's name nor the architects mentioned anywhere. I think these are the most important things to mention in a house tour. Can you tell us who are the home builder and the architects of this masterpiece ? Thanks for answering!
@juniormienahata4728 This masterpiece was built by Lorne Rose Architect in Toronto. He does an amazing job with all of his properties. We actually have another tour coming up that I found out the day of it was another Lorne Rose home. Can't wait for you guys to see it!

Stunning! I love the way you talk us through spaces. Do you know what colour the trim and ceilings are in the mainfloor rooms painted grey, and the family room at the back of the house?
I agree, and it's even better on person. I'm not sure what the paint colors are, I didn't do the work on this home. If I were to guess, it would be cc-20 or cc-30.

I do agree with you! It's even better when you're actually standing in the space. Sometimes when im filming properties, I realize that you guys dont feel the grandness of the space as I do. It just feels so different when you're there. We try to capture it the best we can🙌

Good morning Sanaz…..love your taste. We are having our fireplace redone and I wonder if we can use polish porcelain or honed? I’m asking just because our cabinet from cross of fireplace is shining so I was thinking if it’s for polish or better honed. Thank you
Congratulations on your new revamped spaces! I think you have the option of doing both. They’re in separate spaces and I think either choice is a good choice. My thought is I f your overall aesthetics is more contemporary you might like a honed finish. Send us photos please! Xx

I truly love the fusion of traditional and contemporary styles in a house, it definitely creates a balance that makes us feel comfortable in that type of environment. The house is amazing and the finishes are superb, the kitchen may be on the smaller side for some people, but perfect for someone like me that would not even use the "dirty kitchen" that much😀. The only thing I would have loved to see is a terrace right off of the principal bedroom. We were only able to see a portion of the house, so I can't wait to see the rest of it. I'm only offering half of the asking price until I can see what else it has to offer😉😄...
Speaking of the trending "dirty kitchen", which is something I embrace 200%. I don't like exposed kitchens, but my question is.. what's the purpose of having a fabulous kitchen just for show if you are going to use the tiny kitchen behind it? I enjoy your videos very much, they are so much "food" for the creative mind!!!

The hardwood is rift cut white oak. You will have to purchase it from a hardwood supplier and have it installed separately.
