I am watching this from my outdoor space nestled on a Swiss mountain surrounded by wine yards and with a view to kill for of the Valais and I dumbfounded by the price of 2,000,000 for just 2 bedrooms, view of buildings and not enough room to pass a sofa. Clearly, a dollar doesn't go far nowadays.
Oh wow your place sounds beautiful! I love a house with a view like yours. Your home in Toronto would cost a lot more than 2 million dollars 🤩
A $2 million dollar townhouse with no privacy and no tub in the master bath?! I would NEVER buy this narrow, fishbowl of a townhouse! And more than 1 person in that kitchen is just asking for a fight lol. Sanaz is a petite woman and even when she stood in that kitchen it appeared quite tiny. It's soo narrow! Love Sanaz's style though! I am a huge fan of her design.
This is what you get for $2 million in one of the most expensive Cities in the world. Thanks for watching. Xx
I agree with you-i saw that narrow Kitchen and it completely left a bitter taste in my mouth-it does not reflect the over valued price of the house

How much do you tend to make a year on an average? Ik it depends but estimated what is it? Also, how did you get in touch with real estate agents when you first started your business?
How did you manage to start your company? And how much do you make on an average? I’m not sure how to contact real estate agents
Best way to start is to reach out to people and let them know about your services. Go out and meet them at their offices, email them and call them! All of the above is a good start 👍

Sorry but I'm not sold on this house. Just calling it luxury doesn't make it so. You did your magic Sanaz but the house really held you back.
