I just started watching your videos. Subscribed and everything. I must say it is an amazing house with taste, luxurious and chic too. I wish I had a house like this. My only difference is that I would put more art work, paintings or decor stuff so the white to be there but not in your face. But that is my opinion and my style. Everybody has their own. Before I comment on your modern beautiful designs, please tell where did you purchase your classy angle boots? I loved them!
Most of your designs in this country style home, I'd agreed with, however, I'd have chosen another pop of color for the dining chairs. Perhaps white dining chairs, instead of the boring bland grey chairs. The grey chairs just didn't stand out for me, with a black dining table. The pendant lights in this area, brought glam and class to the room. That's why I think white dining chairs would have
brought even more glam.

Barn doors to the theater room - - Is it a wise idea? Barn doors have a gap where light and sound can leak in and out. Doesn't seem practical
Where did the bowls come from on the dining room table
Desk in the office is backwards? Is that a staging technique to show the drawers or mistake?
The back of the desks are not so nice. I turn them around most of the time to give it some character. Yes it’s a staging technique that we use when the property is vacant. Thanks for your feedback!

Where is the house and how much ?
I love everything. The white chases in the media theatre room are a no go for me, very uncomfortable for watching films. Also, instead of talking so much and so intently, you can tone it down, and just point out important features. Talking non-stop cheapens the vibe. The overall house has incredible features and should sell quickly.
