Factory equipped 3.1L flat six engine that produced 220HP. A car sold brand new exclusively through word of mouth by dealers under Porsche's instructions. Perhaps the rarest of the SC's. This car is beautiful! I know I love my esoteric cars (Citroen, Lancia, Fiats, Abarths, etc) but my head always gravitates to Mercs & these old air-cooled Porsches! Someday...

false statements that I heard in this video clip :
1- the 928 wasn't the fastest Porsche, the 930 turbo was.
2- the 915 gearbox IS a 5 speed box, and its the standard gearbox for any SC.

Yes the gearbox was standard. I didn’t properly phase it unfortunately. Having the option of 5th gear is what I meant...apologizes

I have an '85 911, stock engine, with Steve Wong 91octane chip and cat delete. 236 BHP. which is typical ROW cars...and I only run non-ethanol fuel.
