Real simple, cars are not a right protected in the constitution. FIrearms are protected in the constitution, "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED ". All the laws around firearms are un constitutional. You should not have to be taxed or have to ask when buying or selling a firearm. That would be like being taxed and having to have a license to voice your opinion or speak. Vehicle are just a luxury, that you can say no to all the bull crap taxes.
