I hate the misrepresentation in this movie, as someone with a real service dog. Yes, cats can be ESA and they can be therapy animals but both are NOT allowed in public spaces and no a "service cat" is not a thing. Cats are not recognized as service animals to perform tasks in public spaces, only dogs and miniature horses. Also the fact she walks into the store and just lets her cat loose. Even if it is a "service animal" you cant just let them run loose anywhere you want....
That cat made me anxious throughout this whole movie. It is kind of infuriating, I came here to care about people in dangerous situations. Not to be worried about a cat, ffs

Obligatory Supportive Comment
Who is going on reaction channels and saying 'they talk too much'? Isn't that, you know, the point?
hey, I wanted to offer you a reaction to a French film if that appeals to you? it's Hibernatus 😆
Thats the only thing I dont like about this movie "it must be for emotional support" ESA are NOT allowed in public places! Even if it is a "service animal" you cant just let them run loose anywhere you want....
watch nefarious
That cat made me anxious throughout this whole movie. It is kind of infuriating, I came here to care about people in dangerous situations. Not to be worried about a cat, ffs
As a standalone movie, it would she been great. As. As a sequel.. it sucks.
I love your reactions. Would be cool to maybe game together and shamelessly promo myself. Lol.
One thing puzzled me about this excellent film: there would be so many painless ways to die in New York. Why deliberately choose to get eaten by monsters? Of course it makes for a dramatic ending but when I left the cinema all I could think of was that last scene, and why?
