Hi, at the end there you mention you didn't realise how much power it had lost with the fault. Did it cause performance issues before you changed it? As my corsa VXR has come up with this code saying coolant temp sensor on the reader and it's acting very boggy and hesitant in lower rpm. When the light came on it struggled to get past 3k in some gears yet today been ok. Hoping this sorts it just wondering your experience before and after
Not so much performance issues, was more that it was lacking in power (more so then it already was 😂) plus yours may be exaggerated being 1 a VXR and 2 a turbo car rather then naturally aspirated. So definitely could be the issue!
Hi I’ve just watched your video ! I have a 14 plate corsa where the time is and the temp is next to it my temp rises every day I’m now on 42 winter was 29:30 degrees can you give me any advise on how to fix mine is in the center of the car on the clock time next to it temp thanks samantha
Just my local parts store! walked in and asked for a 2013 Corsa radiator coolant temperature sensor! I usually use Motex or Essex Motor Factors! Hope this helps!
@@siphoernest2278 I’ve got the same connector and cable as on the video but just unplugged and not sure where it goes to but not where it shows in the video, cylinder head one is engine coolant sensor I belive

Do you need to clear it with the diagnostic tool again or will the check engine light go off on its own?

Me can't find a sensor on a radiator...
I am not sure then! You can see where mines located maybe if it’s an opel Corsa it may be in a different location ? 🤔
Mine isn’t in this location either any idea where it was?
