I keep coming back to the same conclusion I first reached. This podcast isn't technically the best but it is the best. It isn't technically the best because they are just showing up and talking but it is the best because they are just showing up and talking. That relaxed nature is what drew me in and got me hooked.
Re the charger in the bath; that's not supposed to happen as the secondary circuit of a phone charger is completely isolated from the mains. He was probably using a lousy third-party power supply.
A ground fault interruptor isn't a fuse per se, it compares the current coming in vs going out, and if they're different they break the circuit because there's current going somewhere where it shouldn't.

In Danish we have two different words for what is collectively called "sport" in English. Danish word "sport" more or less refers to any kind of competition or game, while "idræt" is a physical sport.
For example, football, marathon and cricket would be "idræt", but chess and e-sport would not. All are still "sport" though.
As a Dane, I may be biased. But Dannebro is a gazillion times more badass than the American Stars and Stripes.
As a non-Dane, your flag is rather simplistic, but it shows more refinement than America's Star Spangled Banner, I agree.

Well it is the oldest flag in the world. It's the first flag with the cross of christianity. If Grey ever comes to Denmark on a lovely summer day in a supurb of Copenhagen some of the relatively big cities/villages in the county he will find that we love our flag very much.

Brady's point about the danish flag is kinda correct. It's something Grey doesn't undersand, as for him (as most of americans) to love/hate a country is to love/hate the flag, and vica versa. Obviously this isn't a concious thing (most of the time) but I think it's much easier for other countrys to seperate the idea of their country and their countries flag.

Roman numerals: you can only subtract one letter at a time. Which is why you need letters for 1, 2 and 5 in each column (units, tens, hundreds, thousands, etc): you add up to three numbers, or subtract one. But really, I don't know how Romans became such great architects without using Indian/Arabic numerals. Maybe they just used the extensive geometry from the Greeks?
