What makes a Smash Bros character HYPE?

Super Smash Bros. I notice that fast characters with really cool looking kill moves are consider hype, like Roy, Cloud, Fox, DK Characters that are consider to play honeset yet hard to master are also placed very high on the hype tier list, such as Mewtwo, Shiek and Greninja.
Characters with very hard combos for normal players to learn, but some top players are able to pull off in style are hype, such as Meta Knight, Wario, Captain Falcon and Mario.
Bottom tier hype characters rely on gimmicks, or their playstyle is considered uninteresting to watch are considered lame. Such as Luigi, Zelda Game & Watch Sonic. Broken unbalanced characters that anyone can play like Terry, Pyra Mythra, Kazuha and Steve are also considered uninteresting to watch.
Ganon in C is a crime, but I'm biased. Great video dude
Watch a good Naetoru set and tell me Pichu is not one of the hypest. This character can be sooo amazing.

But also i think one can argue those sets aren’t your average daily pichu experience when relating to the hype tier list.

The nerve of putting Kirby in d tier
brawler in the bottom tier is insane, i get putting the other two miis there but brawler is so explosive and has some of the most insane and free-flowing combo options in the game
it sucks dying to upb at 70 tho
i will TAKE inkling in b. so many people think inklings a lame character but i think they can be so cool if used right. maybe im just biased
Very happy to see Donkey Kong in the top tiers. Definitely one of the most hype and best advantage state characters to see do well. I think a big factor of what makes a character hype is also how often you see them in tournament or how well they do. Good editing!
it would be nice to see a video define hype in different platform fighters, not just ssbu. like if combos are hype and how, and the different aspects of characters that make them hype. reads and obscure tech too.
