Sydney brought it again today for the Upper Body HIIT workout and my tank was full. This workout lit a fire under me to go balls to the walls. Those compound movements challenged the entire body not just arms. It was fantastic. Epic finisher again! Let's finisher strong! Give it everything you have 🤟 Accelerate!
I had a dream last night that the world had opened up again and Sydney hosted a live meetup. We all had to bring our own dumbbells. So I brought my rack and someone stole all my dumbbells!!! Thank God (or not after that work ought) it was only a dream 🤣 All my dumbbells were in place this morning 🙏🏽 Hoping someday the first part of my dream will come true ✨ Have an amazing 🤩 day!

I THOUGHT I was in pretty great shape after ten years of 5x a week weights and cardio at the gym. Then along came Sydney... and showed me what having sore muscles REALLY feels like! She is amazing! I must be getting stronger every day, because every day a new set of muscles hurts. Been doing Sydney every day for three months now, and at almost 60, I am feeling strong and fit! Thank you, Sydney!
This week’s upper body was EVERYTHING!! 🔥 Upper body is usually my least favorite because my forearms and hands get so tired, but the combos were so fun!!

Almost at the end of this program and I was not able to keep up with the schedule so I did take longer to finish. It started out being a very tough workout and I can't believe my own growth towards the end! At the start of the program, I couldn't get through the whole video, I took breaks in between and felt like I was failing. But as it went on, I had to buy heavier equipment to challenge myself which I never thought could happen outside of the gym. I feel SO GOOD about my strength not just physically, because towards the end, I just wanted to keep working out with Sydney. Like I needed to have a workout in! I just love this feeling because working out isn't something we should dread, and this program is one that definitely changed my perspective of working out. I'm not sure if I lost weight but I DONT CARE. my body composition says I've gained muscle mass and lowered my body fat % which was my goal. I never leave comments on workouts but I just had to.
Favourite Upper body workout by far 🙌🏼 So much fun! It just hurt my neck when we were stepping from side to side lifting the arms, one forward and one ro the side. CAN'T WAIT TO 🔥 woop woooooop 🏋🏼♀️💪🏼💃🏼

I used to despise arm day, but following through with this program I can feel the difference between day 1 vs day 25! I actually smiled a few times during reps because I was enjoying it so much!? Also, knowing Sydney is going to dance it out at the end keeps me going through the workout haha

I ran out of time so had to stop at 34 minutes. I loved this workout. I have not done one of your workouts in quite some time, and wow, you have have really cranked it up a notch! Thank you for the suggestions for those of us with tender/weak wrists! But maybe we'd have time for an actual cool down if there was less than a minute between different exercises. I know it can take a while to switch weights and explain new moves, but you've got a great idea with the modification window - let it do its job!
