    38 weeks of my 🤰 and today is my last day training...
    I'm gonna rest tomorrow and Thursday my baby is coming🥰🙏👼🏻🎀 for this Friday 🙏
    I'm gonna have c-section schedule I will be 39 weeks for the c-section.
    See you in few months and I'm gonna miss all your workouts.

    Right when Sydney was saying “You’re learning to love these inchworm push-ups aren’t you?” I was literally thinking that I really like them now! This workout was so empowering and I feel so strong right now!

      This was the first time that I could actually do a full pushup the whole time through. I am slower at them, but I can do it now. That shocked me actually.

      Wow Ali, so strong! What dumbbells did you use?! I am a man, I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that these lessons will help me build a very thick strong arms and great confidence! I did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I could use only 1 lb dumbbells my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom used several from 20s, 25s and 35s.

    oh my goodness that last set truly burned me out - heart pumping, sweating and breathless!! 64 year old and did manage to use my 25lb weights a few times. Sydney you are one strong woman - no way I could do 30's my arms were struggling - Have a great day

    Okay okay okay! So the music * chefs kiss * Dustin if you mixed that it's fireeeeee. Didn't even want my own music today. Sydney, THAT WORKOUT GURLLLL. LOVE IT. One I will be coming back to whenever I want a little extra upper body POWER. I feel so freaking confident & ready to take on the day thanks to this one. Dripping sweat, arms are shaking but DANNNNNGGGG I'm feeling good. My 35lb dumbbell felt like it floated up to the sky in that last snatch set. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

    Great workout today! Love upper body days and this power phase we are going through is so fun with all those snatches and cleans! Be sure to stretch, Helps so much with your mobility. I was never able to move as easily in the workouts before I started incorporating a stretch in the evening. Great job everyone! 💛💪🏾✨

    I really love that she provides modifications- it makes the workout more enjoyable when you know you have options in case you can’t do exactly what she’s doing.

    That might be the MOST FUN upper body workout I've ever done. No joke. Great calorie burn for an upper body focused routine with a wonderful mix of power moves. Good cool down too. Thanks Sydney!

    I’m 51 and I started doing your workouts in March of 2020. The results have been amazing, but I’d like to share something about carpal tunnel and tendinitis. Last year, I was finding that wrist pain was preventing me from doing progressing. I was evaluated, had a nerve study and told that it was mild carpal tunnel and tendinitis and recommended surgery. I asked about PT. I went to a hand therapist for 3 months (1/week) with homework. I learned this technique called threading. It was the most beneficial of all exercises. I did others, but I continue the threading. It is easy and I just incorporate it with each warm up and cool down. I also do it a couple of times per day. I would highly recommend a hand therapist before surgery for anyone struggling with wrist pain. Even 2 visits could make a world of difference for a self disciplined person, because once you learn the right exercises for you, you can recover quickly independently.

    I was really impressed with this upper body strength workout because there was no cardio, yet my heart rate stayed up the entire time. I burned 252 calories. Thanks so much!❤

    I love love loved That workout. I like how the supersets targeted different muscles. Sometimes I can’t do them when it’s literally 6 moves, same muscle and sometimes it kind of bores me 😬🤫. But I Loved the variety and loved the combo moves! My favorite upper body workout! Thank you Sydney!!

    QUESTION: is it better for you if we let the adds run their whole course? I read that in a comments and since then, I let the video play while I get my gear and water ready, etc. But I'm not sure if it's actually better. So... do you get more compensation if the adds play all the way through? Because if so, than the least I could do is do is let them run, to show my support and appreciation for all this free and wonderful content.

Plus, Sidney is considerate enough to place them in the beginning, not square throughout the middle, like other youtubers do ¬¬ (to get better chances of having one watch them I guess). If this is the case, we should all let them run while we prepare/cool down. If Sidney could confirm though, it'd be great.

    I got a little behind on the workouts but I felt GREAT doing this one. I’m rocking my push-ups which has always been a goal of mine. This was probably my favourite workout since doing your online workouts (since last March). The exercises were very creative, challenging, and effective. Thanks for all you (and your husband) do! 😅
