This was the first time that I could actually do a full pushup the whole time through. I am slower at them, but I can do it now. That shocked me actually.
Wow Ali, so strong! What dumbbells did you use?! I am a man, I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that these lessons will help me build a very thick strong arms and great confidence! I did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I could use only 1 lb dumbbells my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom used several from 20s, 25s and 35s.

That might be the MOST FUN upper body workout I've ever done. No joke. Great calorie burn for an upper body focused routine with a wonderful mix of power moves. Good cool down too. Thanks Sydney!
I’m 51 and I started doing your workouts in March of 2020. The results have been amazing, but I’d like to share something about carpal tunnel and tendinitis. Last year, I was finding that wrist pain was preventing me from doing progressing. I was evaluated, had a nerve study and told that it was mild carpal tunnel and tendinitis and recommended surgery. I asked about PT. I went to a hand therapist for 3 months (1/week) with homework. I learned this technique called threading. It was the most beneficial of all exercises. I did others, but I continue the threading. It is easy and I just incorporate it with each warm up and cool down. I also do it a couple of times per day. I would highly recommend a hand therapist before surgery for anyone struggling with wrist pain. Even 2 visits could make a world of difference for a self disciplined person, because once you learn the right exercises for you, you can recover quickly independently.
That was definitely my favorite arm workout in almost 4 years with you! I loved how it got my heart rate up, and I loved the power moves! It kept me engaged and pumped the entire time 🙌
That was a great workout! Proud that I can do push ups on my feet and not struggle. Never could do a push before in my life. Thank you Sydney for helping me achieve something I never thought possible.

So... do you get more compensation if the adds play all the way through? Because if so, than the least I could do is do is let them run, to show my support and appreciation for all this free and wonderful content.

I got a little behind on the workouts but I felt GREAT doing this one. I’m rocking my push-ups which has always been a goal of mine. This was probably my favourite workout since doing your online workouts (since last March). The exercises were very creative, challenging, and effective. Thanks for all you (and your husband) do! 😅
