Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our glutes with muscular strength as a main goal ! We will rock 13 exercises for 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used my 20, 25, 30, 40, and 50 pound dumbbells for my legs and my glute resistance bands so grab some weights that are in your heavy range and let's crush it!

There were so many times I wanted to stop (last round of kettlebell swings and the glute bridge circuit) but it’s about pushing through and bringing out the inner strength that exists in each one of us ❤️!! Thank you, Sydney!

I pushed myself along with you, Sydney, in using heavier weights and resistance bands and it felt so good to surpass my personal best. Swapped day 26 and day 27 so this was my last day of accelerate. Feeling and looking good. I am turning 54 in May and I am excited that I have gone this far and ready for the next challenge. Nothing shall stop me. Thanks Sydney ❤

Good morning, Sydney Squad! Happy Friday! I crushed today’s workout and wanted to make sure that I took time for myself before I go to work. I’m still dealing with relationship issues but I slept well last night. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for our last workout for this program.
Best workouts all week . Stuff I have never done before. So much variety. I am so happy I found you . The past three months have made me do strong. PLEASE stay on forever . Thankyou for free workouts, I don t like the gym. WHO NEEDS THAT WHEN WE HSVE YOU .TAKE CARE EVERYONE 🙂

I felt so tired and unmotivated before I decided to do this workout and now that I’ve done it, I feel amazing! I did this a day later but still CRUSHED it. I am super excited for March, I have been working out with all of you now for 6 months consistently completing the programs. Friday's are my day to workout in the afternoon and after a long day at work it was tough to find the motivation to do this but, it was just what I needed to get my endorphins going!!! Now for a great 20 minute Sydney stretch from her expansive stretches playlist and off to clean the bathroom. Cleaning is always easier while rushing on endorphins (and, usually gets done a little faster as well...lol ;) Way to crush it everyone and cheers to one more workout and stretch with Accelerate and then on to even bigger and better things (ie. muscles!!!!!)

Crushed Day 26! I am so impressed with myself for finishing second month with Sydney. Today emotionally was tough. Not in the mood to hang out with friends at the restaurant drinking so I picked Sydney as my date tonight. Felt very socially distance from everyone but we are still in a pandemic situation and our lives are not normal yet. Congratulations to everyone here for finishing today. ;-)

Came back to your workouts today Sydney. In November I purchased a spin bike and have been pretty much addicted to the Peloton App. I had started using their weight workouts but realized that I preferred yours is so much better. Will be picking in choosing one leg, one arm, and one upper and lower combination work out each week.
i really pushed myself today! i am so proud to have stuck with you for this entire program! i have loved every minute of it even when it was hard! we crushed it!!
Just rocked out the upper body and glute back to back, sans a few exercises due to some massive wrist inflammation and pain, but I did 95% of both and I am proud I didn't let fear of injury prevent me from trying my best. Arthritis can be quite a mental challenge as well as physical. Thank you Sydney for helping me believe in myself.
What a BURN! Loved the minute long deadlift sets and that glute bridge was TOUGH. Loved this workout so so much.

Sydneys motivational talk at the end couldn't have been more relevant to me today. Didnt have any motivation when I started this workout. Got through the warm up and thought oh maybe ill just leave and do it later but I stopped myself and kept going and aren't I glad I did?! I feel so much better and hearing the words at the end just made me feel so proud of myself and everyone else who smashed this workout! Way to guy everyone 🙌
