    An outstanding rose. I cannot believe how floriferous this rose is. I now always check Ben's reviews before I buy a rose. My last 5 were solely based on Ben's recommendations. Spot on - every time.

    Ben, I am a fan of your rose reviews. A suggestion: can you show how the entire rose plants look like in your garden? I am trying to decide how to best lay out the AD roses in the garden based on how their matured bushes look like. Thanks!

      Much as a suggestion has been made countless times it is not always possible and afraid even myself with a 2200 m² gallon simply don’t have the angles or the ability to bring you each and every rose with me in front of it which is why rose not only has its own individual review lasting between five and 10 minutes but then also a series of stills and pictures and a real or short

    An absolute favourite in my garden too! She's been in the ground for two years, and even though she's a healthy rose, I find her to be less vigorous than most other roses in the garden. Hope that this will change once she's established. Definitely can't be without her in the garden. Very unique fragrance! The fragrance is truly out of this world, as you've mentioned. ❤️👃🌹
    The DA 'The Reeve' rose has a comparable strong myrrh scent, but is much more productive and her pure medium dark pink flowers are unfading in our South African sun. Thanks for your reviews. Thoroughly enjoy them!

    Hello Ben! You're advice is ACE! You've sold me on the Sceptre D' Isle. One Question - Which would you pair along side it best for fragrance and in a Tub next to her, the Jubilee Celebration or the Eustacia Vye. Shady area. Or - if solely for fragrance would you get One Eustacia Vye and one Jubilee Celebration for Double the Fruitiness. Thanks Ben 🎉

    • @the_gardenerben
      @the_gardenerben  Год назад +1

      For me, it would have to be Eustacia vye I’m afraid that Jubilee celebration, although incredibly fragrant doesn’t work hard enough, especially if you’re planting it in a container. Have you consider taking a look at Gabriel Oak if it’s available where you are very unusual colour for the fragrance is stunning

    • @davidmichael3189
      @davidmichael3189 Год назад +1
